2018All other things aside, I simply don't have a sensitivity to profanity, and think people take it way too seriously in any case. Trump absolutely IS a motherfucker, I think ALL people should call him out whenever possible, and I'm happy to hear a politician say it like it is. It's funny how scandalized and offended people get about swearing. I think it's a silly, prudish hang up. Swear words have a strength that I like, and that this person used that word shows that they have emotions appropriate to the situation. They are adequately expressive when no other words are strong enough. Now, of course I don't support throwing such terms around willy-nilly, but I don't think that's the case here. It is 100% apt in this case.

how trump carries himself in this context is irrelevant. Others are supposed to be above that bullshit. so you get pissed that I don't like what a democrat said, and I'm offended by an opposing view? what the fuck are you talking about? the entire point I'm making is exactly that, you can't take an opposing view. no one is seemingly allowed to criticize a democratic politician around here for their behaviour without being completely and utterly dismissed and often insulted and criticized by you and a few others. it's preposterous. you can be against trump but also against infantile behaviour by those who oppose him. it's not a "this team or the other". it's about being decent no matter whereyou stand politically.
you expect republicans to speak out against trump, but you get all up in arms when a liberal/democrat speaks out against a liberal/democrat, "buh buh buh trump!". it's hypocrisy.
