I read that the Milwaukee show was cut short last night.  Someone in the pit collapsed and was taken to the hospital.

From everything i've seen and read the fan died of a heart attack.  Paramedics weren't able to revive him.  Very sad

I kinda heard that, but didn't really want to say anything until it was confirmed.  I know that there was an album release party at Exclusive Co. in Milwaukee at midnight, but that was also cancelled.

no they are manequins, but is the actual stage worn and stage used stuff. the masks are legit. the detail on the robes was stunning. when i saw them the first time it was 105 degrees at showtime and papa 3 was wearing all of that stuff. crazy.

  • Everyone I know who's into hard rock/metal etc are getting tired of this band.

Haven't seen them even with them playing for free here in Gothenburg at our amusement park several years. But they will open for Metallica next year so I'll see them then.

I'm not getting tired of them at all.  Seeing them outside of Dallas next week and probably in Austin next month also.  Very excited

Playing in philly tonight, but passing. Tix were like $60 ($75 w/fees).  If it was like $50 i'd probably do it but don't think they are worth paying that much to see them.  Even stubhub tix were about the same.  Oh well.

Saw them this past Saturday. They killed. Including a 15 minute intermission they played for 3 hrs and the new tracks fit in well. I will say there was a little too much cheesy/raunchy stage banter (as usual) and some overacting/goofing off between the Ghouls (more than usual) but it was well worth it and they are always fun to see live.

Their fan base is growing and there were many people in costumes - Ghouls, Nuns, Zombies etc. It's a bit of an event and it's great to see people so excited at a show for a change (most bands short of Pearl Jam and Springsteen do not have a rabid fan base and people usually just sit/stand around). For Ghost people were on their feet singing along... in Latin!?!

Did not know that Ghost had covered Imperiet (swedish rockband from the 80s), the english translated version of their song Bibel.

Can't beat the vocals of Imperiet singer Joakim Thåström though:

Here's the original with swedish vocals by Imperiet, which is the best version:

    Yes. And ABBA.

But them covering Army of Lovers is not on the level of covering Swedens most famous punk rocker and now most respected musician. And them covering an english version of a song, that no one really cares about. Cool stuff.

Read through transcripts of the trial from the former members suing Tobias.
