    What's with the downloader? I can't figure out how to use it and have to download songs one by one.

    The downloader only works properly if you buy direct from Nugs. If you buy thru 10C, you have to download song by song. It’s a pain in the ass and could easily be fixed, but they choose not to.

    I buy the Springsteen vault releases they put out each month and I really dislike downloading the shows.  It’s pain to do it one by one and I hate that I have to install software on my computer just to download it all at once. I really wish they could figure it out.

    I ordered a digital download on Black Friday 2017 and got it right away.  However it was so difficult to use that I gave up.  This year I ordered a CD for delivery.  Ordered early Dec. and no ship notice yet.  It'll come eventually and it's not a critical item but I agree with the comment that another service provider should be considered.

    The delivery time seems to vary, I use them for a bunch of other artists and primarily order downloads because I don't like to wait. 

    The Black Friday sale was a Nugs thing, and not just PJ. I got the same email for Gov't Mule and Springsteen, only the band name changed. They will have been absolutely slammed for orders. 

    Those of you still waiting, did you order direct from them or via PJ shop? Only reason I ask is I received a CD of a Springsteen show ordered direct from Nugs on Black Friday about a week before Dec 25th sent to me here in the UK.

    MANY of the bands on Nugs only offer digital files for their live shows...
    CD's aren't even an option!!
