The Messenger (2009) - Been on a Ben Foster binge lately and catching up on a few that I haven't seen. I really liked this and though  all the leads were great, especially Woody Harrelson

The Firm. Seen it multiple times and love the book, so it was fun to revisit. Every time it annoys me how much detail had to be left out of the movie. And its already 2 1/2 hours!

I started to watch Rampage but fell asleep. Will try again.
That's funny. I've fallen asleep to a few movies and the only one I ever rewatched was the Village because I woke up near the end and was like wtf is going on. Other recents I fell asleep during were Bridesmaids at home and Paul Blart 2 in the theatre reclining seats.

Edit: should movies we've fallen asleep to be a new thread?

Made the mistake of thinking Woody Allen was funny, girlfriend and I both slept through it in theater.

    Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Best animated film I’ve seen since Spirited Away.

Best superhero film I’ve seen since, well, ever.

When this thing comes out on Blu-ray, I’m smoking a huge bowl before the third act. I can only begin to imagine the work that went into pulling that off. Mind blown!

And it’s the first Spidey film that finally captures the tone of the comic books—that is to say it’s wildly funny in a very juvenile way.

I haven't seen Aquaman and likely won't, but I just had to share these two sentences from the NYT review: "Poor Amber Heard has to perform her scenes in a scarlet wig and emerald green costume and do superpower acting with her mouth agape. She looks like she ate 40 Katy Perry songs and is belching them up."

    That made me laugh.

Poor Amber Heard traded in vagina for the old cock of Johnny Beater Depp.

I don't think I've ever seen her in anything. I get her mixed up with Margot Robbie, too, though. They both look like Barbie dolls. So maybe I've watched an Amber Heard performance, thinking the whole time it was Margot Robbie.

They are both gorgeous and blondes, or at least they walk around as blondes.
I liked her until she hooked up with that walking vomit pile Johnny Depp.
Now that she is done with him she can be cool again.

Checked imdb, and I don't think I've seen any of Amber Heard's films. But here's the funny thing: Margot Robbie is supposedly going to be in Barbie (rumored).

Didn't Amy Schumer have a Barbie-movie that she left... maybe it's the same project.

The first thing I saw Amber Heard in was "All the boys love mandy lane" in 2009 or something...
