I think Kim was pretty involved in this.

The 2 LP set that was released sounds great. Worth it if you pass on the Deluxe set
Pretty sure you can get the mp3s of the deluxe on amazon for around $10

I agree. I believe I've heard multiple times from himself and Vicky that Kim is kind of the curator of the SG/CC museum.
Hugh Freaking Dillon is currently out of the office, returning sometime in the fall

Nope.  I emailed him, he said they should be arriving from the EU this week.

Two thumbs up for Acoustic Sounds.  Ordered Nov.21 and I received it yesterday, 11/29!

Make sure everything is inside. I believe that is why they delayed shipment of these from his official store.

This set is really really good. I'm glad it's on Spotify.

I can't wrap my head around it.

I'd rather listen to the songs in their respective contexts than on this mish-mash over this and that.

I don't really know what that means... You mean you'd rather listen to the studio albums? I personally don't tend to listen to those as full albums anyhow, so I couldn't care less. And what's best about this set is the live material anyhow.

    Yeah, exactly.

I still think this is a cool career spanning thing representing all he's done - including the Bond song(!).

But I don't see myself listen to it much.

And yes, the live stuff is cool. But I rather get some releases with more of that instead of a song from here, and a song from there.

Yes, if the entire thing was live recordings, that would be really really awesome.
