FWIW, my husband had to dispute something with the credit card company because of an online merchant who kept stringing him along. I honestly thought it was past 60 days. The credit card company (Discover) gave us our money back. We love Discover.

To add insult to injury, just last week (March 6th) he sent me a "thank you for your patience, you will finally be receiving your item next week". Damn.

Same here with me, except I used PayPal. I filed a claim with the resolution center.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but wondering if anybody's had similar experience to mine.

I was fortunate to pick this up from Amazon CA (sold directly by Amazon), but I just got around to opening it today... spent a while debating whether to keep it sealed or not. All the CDs and the DVD are missing. The slots in the book (where they should be) are empty. I'm discussing with Amazon now but not sure they'll be able to do anything as it was purchased ~5 months ago.

Anybody else run into this or have suggestions on how to get the missing contents?

Oh, crap. Mines still sealed too. Do i open it? Guess i’m going to video opening it if i do. Sorry about your luck.

Yes, mine arrived the same way. I ordered from Pop Market are returned it. They were sold out and refunded my money. There was a problem when these were originally put together. Good luck!! You might want to hold on to the vinyl and see if they'll do a partial refund.

Thanks for the info and sorry for your bad luck. Not sure what I'll do here. I explained to Amazon that I don't really want to return the vinyl since I won't be able to replace it but that I'm also bummed part of the package is missing. Waiting to see if they'l offer a partial refund but not holding my breath.
