so what else is new.. the americans are complaining! in 2003 i paid $100 USD a pair of tickets at a few shows.
Sept 2005, tickets in Canada were $120 USD per show and we had to pay in USD as always and get fucked supremely with the exchange rate. probably the only other country where they want payment in USD.

btw, being new in Australia, I have found the cost of living is much MUCH higher here. but, the hourly wages in retail and restaurant jobs are double or more what you would get in north america.

i just realized that sad and undone and down have never been played in australia! other than down at the perth soundcheck in '03. this means they have to play sad at every show to make up for it.
