    I received a provisional refund via my bank. Had to submit some documents to get it finalized, but it’s not really even debatable. These guys kept taking money from a bunch of people...a lot of talk in several vinyl forums about this.

    Still can't get anyone to reply by phone or e-mail about the Petty pre-order. I filed with my cc company about a never issued refund on Floyd's "Pulse" in June, and that's coming along - they are giving SSD until a particular date to reply. As for the Petty box set, I feel like waiting it out just to see what happens. This is the weirdest shit I've ever dealt with re: a retail purchase.

    Just got my Paypal refund for the Petty set. Happy music direct sent me one within 2 weeks of my order date.

    I just realized I never got this box set from Soundstage!!!

    Anyone else receive one from there?

    I ended up just disputing it with my bank and got my money back.
