10club you didn't listen on the tickets. Please listen on your clothing quality

purchasing the commerative tickets was such a disappointment upon seeing them. They are the same tickets I would get when I purchased all those bullshit fees. I see nothing special about them. On top of that the shirt I ordered might as well been made out of rags. After one wash it is completely faded and already falling apart. What happened to the quality we used to receive. Is that a thing of the past. On a side note still no Christmas single which is not what I signed up for.

I might be missing your point, but the tickets that have been issued to me through 10c looked like regular TM tickets.  The Wrigley ticket was just a box office ticket, but none of my tickets came with gold leaf or special anything.  Honestly, I was just thrilled to have the experience and having the ticket was a nice souvenir.

I'm not certain if they gave a detailed description on the commemorative ticket offering, but I am very sorry that you are dissatisfied with your purchase. For the few complaints that have been posted over the tickets, I hope that 10c doesn't discontinue the practice for those who do appreciate it.

I received a 10c shirt from my husband one Christmas.  I washed it once and it looked like it suffered a screen printers version of leprosy.  I contacted them and though I had to pay ship to, I received a shirt shortly after.  My experience with merch mishaps with 10c have all been quickly resolved.  Reach out to them.  Most likely your difficulty with be resolved.

Why did people think the tickets were going to be special?
I thought they were made available for those of us oddballs who collect shit.  They went into the giant bin o tickets.  Happy to have them, thanks 10c!

Agree with others, not sure what else you'd expect with the ticket.  What didn't they listen to?  Many wanted a hard ticket, they provided a hard ticket at a reasonable price for what it is.

I too am happy with the tickets. Very happy indeed. As far as the t-shirts I cannot offer up an opinion. I pretty much stopped buying t-shirts relating to concerts/bands sometime ago. Prefer to spend the same $ on a poster. Just a personal choice.

I decided not to purchase the ticket because it was made clear what it would look like. I printed out a more commemorative version for free, which was made available by a generous board member here.
i haven't washed my Halloween shirt yet (if that's what we are talking about). Now I'm nervous to wash it.

I kind of thought the rationale of providing a ticket was to provide you with a ticket like any other.  Why would it be "special"?  For me personally, it is just to have a memento of the occasion....am I missing something here?

Only Pearl Jam-tshirt I have been dissapointed in -. was the Eddie Vedder one from 2016 with the skull and helmet. That print came off in the first wash. And I wash them in 30 degrees Celsius, print on the inside and no dryer.

I agree, to an extent.  There were no questions, just complaints...and many of us feel they are without any merit.  It is OK to share that as well, right?

Didn't the tag say "commemorative ticket"?  If it is commemorative you'd have thought it'd be something different than a regular ticket so I get that gripe.

As for the clothing I agree too.  The clothing from the past few tours has been getting more cheaply made and yet still the same price.  New EV Ohana hat and Home Shows zip up hoodie are two items that immediately come to mind.  I only bought the setlist shirts this year because the quality on everything else didn't seem too good.

This years Halloween shirt is an exception.  It's of good quality. A+ on that.

The Global Citizens Festival hats were made great.  Those have been the best looking and quality hats in a while now.

Haven't gotten anything since the 2014 tour besides the halloween shirt and have been impressed with the quality. That's disappointing to hear about the issues of recent years.

commerative ticket does sound as if your getting something with a little more oomph.

Having said that, for $2.00 my expectations would have then lowered.

I also like having a hard ticket from shows I've been too, so at the end of the day good for them for offering it.

If you wash your band/concert/event shirts in cold water, use mild detergent, and let them hang dry instead of putting them in the dryer they will last and last. Never had an issue with any shirt since adopting this method. You're welcome.

The ticket is commemorative because it can not and did not get anyone into the show. It commemorates the show. If the tag said band art (or image) commemorative ticket I'd see that point.

The sellers had an image on the purchase page so potential buyers clearly understood what was for sale.

Regarding poor quality shirts, this is what America is up against in a post tariff world.

I was going to buy that hoodie, but when I saw that that everything was printed-on, not stitched/embroidered, I passed. I already made that mistake with the 2013 Wrigley windbreaker jacket. That thing looks like it cost $2.50 to make and I think it sold for $65 or $70. The Foo Fighter jackets made for their stadium shows a year or two later were infinitely higher quality (heavier material, sewn on lettering), and sold for the same amount or even less, actually. Almost like the Starter jackets of days of old.

That said, I've never had an issue with the t-shirts. As rbhester said, cold water wash and hang dry is the way to go.

No.  If the Halloween shirt is printed on a good quality shirt then why can't the tour shirts be?

If the 2016 tour zip up was embroidered and patched why couldn't the 2018 zip up be too?

I do agree with your second point but maybe people never saw the actual ticket offered?  I am only going off of actual verbiage.

True some cheaply made merch, but not the 3 and 4 eyed creature shirts. My jaguar still holding strong since March and I wear it to the gym all the time, no cracking on the back or front, just slightly faded.
