    Right...but this has been a hot topic for a long time.  far before Trump even thought about running for president.  I'm just saying there are plenty of people out there that know the system is broken and needs fixed and it's not based on race at all.  Unfortunately it seems the only way anyone got any traction towards doing something is by using race....sucks.

    Hey so I haven't been keeping up on this, but have all the kids that were separated from their families at the border returned to their families? I know it was a clusterfuck for a while there.

    Nope. Many of the kidnapped children have still not been returned to their parents. And they appear to be planning to just give some of the kids who still haven't been returned to American strangers - putting them up for adoption - instead of finding their real parents.

    Chances are this was simply triggered automatically using plain old numbers, but that is still uncomfortable.... I'm not sure I'm more disturbed by the migrant part specifically or generally (although am when I think about these facilities being used for the kidnapped children, which I consider a crime against humanity). I'm very much against any private prison system at all, so I'm disappointed to know that the CPP is invested in it, period, migrants or no migrants. I would very much support those in charge of the CPP portfolio (that's not the feds) figuring out how to get out of any investments in that system... easier said than done though, since I'm sure nobody wants to damage the value of the fund while they're at it. It's also a pretty fucking slippery slope. I'm sure there are plenty more seedy connections via CPP investments.

    On another note, I hope the CPP has major investments in the cannabis industry now.

    I appreciate your concern but it wasn’t a clusterfuck that caused the kidnapping of children it was this administrations policy led by Andrew racist Miller that speared headed this initiative.....

    The "clusterfuck" aspect that I'm referring to isn't the idea of separating the families (which was bad in it's own right), but not using proper identifiers to be able to reunite the kids with the parents afterwards. Nobody should have been deported back until the child that was with them was identified and returned to them.
