^^^^^Good idea on leaving a day earlier. I saw on Twitter today that RT 93 in Boston was bad traffic and that was at 10:00 tonight. Holiday weekend here in the U.S.A.^^^^

I'm thinking of leaving a day earlier myself.

    Safe travels.

Just got done recovering data from an external hard drive. Not sure exactly what happened to it, but I wasn't able to access any of my music (about 20 GB worth of music). I could have re-ripped all the music from my CDs, but I would have lost about 50 Pearl Jam boots and 15 or so from Soundgarden\Chris Cornell. I would have been really upset about that.

Sitting in the Wolfgang Puck restaurant at The Seattle airport waiting for my flight, eating a roasted Turkey and avocado BLT that isn't anywhere near as good as I expected... but 5hat could be because I am hungover as fuck (i was at a private party at MoPop last night -  they rented the whole place out - so fun!! But I'm suffering for it now).

That does sound fun. I am still burned that I missed the PJ MoPop exhibit when I went down for the Seattle II show - thanks, Delta!

And I’ve been in that WP restaurant. It’s particularly crap with breakfast; just awful, but the rest of the meals aren’t great either.

Yeah, it was even worse than I first thought. It turned out that all the sandwich ingredients were in the first half of the sandwich. The other half of it was almost empty. Basically just bread with mayo on it. And it cost $15USD. Wtf. Then one of the servers dropped a big glass chili pepper shaker. It exploded and the chili dust started burning everyone's eyes. That's when I finally left. 😂😂

Chili pepper..Ouch! Glad you got out of there!! I can't stand an unevenly spread sandwich.  Why even bother. Every bite needs to be the perfect bite.

Same! It's why I find Subway so difficult. I can't stand watching them make the sandwich so poorly, with no even distribution of toppings and stupid proportions of toppings (I.e. a pinch of olives and a big handful.of jalapenos, a ridiculous mound of raw onions and like two slivers of green pepper, lol). It's like half the people who work there never ate a sandwich in their life. I have to direct them on how to make a sandwich half the time, and then of course they hate me. At least they don't have the opportunity to spit in my sandwich!

^ Ha ha! Have you ever asked for just a little bit of mayo at Subway? I swear it's a code word to make them squeeze the entire bottle on your sandwich. I literally have to ask for three or four small dots. :pensive:

I have never found them to understand “just a little bit”. It’s always something like “just a tiny little bit .... a very small amount.... NOT THAT MUCH!”
