I went to a couple of the MSG shows and wish i would have gone to all four. They are so great on this tour. I love the re-worked version of Lotus Flower. Also great to hear the Tourist again, which i hadnt seen in a long time (either Kid A or OK Computer tour).  I was hoping to get Blow out (they played it in the soundcheck one  night, but looks like that was a one night tease (Chicago)) . Definitely their best tour in a while

Last night in Philly was another fantastic show.  Glad I could catch them 3 times.  So good!
  • I wish they would put out an official live album.

Taking my son for a surprise trip from Maine to Boston to catch the Sox day game and then Radiohead show on Sunday night.  Really looking forward to this!  B)

That is awesome.  In July of 2003 my dad and I watched the Yankees beat the Red Sox in the Bronx (awesome for a Yankees fan), and then took the train back to Philly for a Pearl Jam show that night.  Was a great day.  It was a blowout but Mariano still pitched because he hadn't pitched in a few games.  I've been lucky to see the Yankees in Seattle and Toronto when I was in town for Pearl Jam as well.  Would have been cool to have gone to part of the World Series game and then went across the street for the Pearl Jam show in Philly back in 2009.

Good stuff bootlegger10!  It's all about the pre-game and sharing the good times!  A buddy joined me for a Sox-Cubs game before we saw Eddie play the Paradise Rock Club last year.  So much fun to add to the whole travel/concert experience.  My son actually figured out the Radiohead concert surprise when we walked from the hotel to the subway and saw the TD Garden sign on our way there.  So glad to spend the time with him that weekend.   B)

Saw them at the Hollywood Bowl in August 2001 during the Amnesiac Tour. One of the best shows I've ever seen - flawless. The National Anthem and Dollars & Cents were simply surreal. And the tease of the final encore was tense too...Creep or True Love Waits? ;) Epic band!

    Agreed.
They did record a live album in 2001 called I Might Be Wrong: Live Recordings. Not a great representation IMO - especially after that Hollywood Bowl concert.

If you can rip YouTube audio there are tons of recents shows, some proshot and I think some fan made where they donated the soundboard audio.

Should add that most of these are Euro shows so nothing from the current tour, but pulling from the same material.

They will be back, but Gem is right, it'll probably be a few years in terms of a new album or another tour.  Side projects and "personal time" seem to be on the agenda for the next couple of years.  (Personal time is my phrase, I didn't read/hear anyone from Radiohead use that exact term.  But it is pretty much confirmed they're not gonna be doing "Radiohead" for a few years from now.

I was so blown away by the show, I don't think I mentioned that Philly 1 I was within view of Tim Reynolds (TR3 and Dave Matthews Band member), and Lars Ulrich of Metallica.  It was BEYOND cool to not only be so totally caught up in the moment of a band and live show that was phenomenal, but to also look around and within a couple of rows of me see 2 musicians I have tons of respect for also rocking out in their ways (like, literally sometimes, or just subtlely jamming others).

Watching Lars Ulrich air-drum to Phil Selway's drumming will be a fan experience I will not forget for a long while!

Many kids of band members were also in front of us.  At the end of Night 2, before most of the band was even off the stage, Colin Greenwood ran off the stage and into the audience and swooped up a child who I assume was his son, cute young kid, and carried him backstage while the rest of the band was still leaving.  It was a very sweet moment.

Lars was at the Thom Yorke solo show in Oakland in December, too. He must be a big fan.

I liked Atoms For Peace better than his solo show. I didn't get the same endorphins you would at a Radiohead show. It's just a different experience, more experimental.

The new Thom Yorke tour will only have Thom, Nigel Goodrich and a guy triggering the visuals onstage.  Much different from Radiohead.

I just saw his show in Manchester (UK) earlier this year. if you like his Eraser album then i'd say you will enjoy his solo gigs. He does several new songs and some Atoms For Peace tracks as well as the Eraser material. The light show (triggered by Tarik Barri) really adds to it. In Europe these were mostly played at small theatres too so feels more intimate than the Radiohead gigs. In the past he's always played a smattering of Radiohead tunes but be warned, he only played 1 per night during the European leg and it was in the encore. I won't spoil it by saying which one as he tended to alternate anyway.
