I have an idea. How about we share the best shows from each tour in FLAC (lossless) versions of the shows? I know it is a lot of work but well worth the effort.

From I'm Gone (thanks by the way :) )

    http://thearmyreserve.blogspot.com

After the great sucess of the 1996 No Code European Tour, starting today, the entirity of the 1995 USA Vitalogy tour will begin to be made available with accompanying artwork, hand crafted in The Army Reserve!

The plan is to begin by putting up all the shows in mp3 format, and eventually make them available in lossless FLAC file format as well.

Come over and visit the new home of unofficial bootlegs - The Army Reserve

    Now Available:
No. 1 1995-01-14 Constitution Hall, Washington, DC mp3, FLAC
No. 2 1995-01-15 Constitution Hall, Washington, DC mp3, FLAC
No. 3 1995-02-05 Moore Theater, Seattle, WA mp3, FLAC
No. 4 1995-02-06 Moore Theater, Seattle, WA mp3, FLAC
    No. 5 1995-02-08 Adam's Fieldhouse, Missoula, MT mp3, FLAC
No. 6 1995-06-16 Casper Events Center, Casper, WY mp3, FLAC
    06/05/2003 - San Diego
    06/06/2003 - Las Vegas
    06/07/2003 - Phoenix

  • Hey guys!

Just thought i should let you know that there are big plans ahead for The Army Reserve. As you probably know, we are working our way through the 1995 US Tour, with downloads in both mp3 and FLAC formats, as well as artwork specific to each show. Hopefully, this tour will be up in it's entireity by March/April at the latest next year :).

From then on in the plan is basically to make every single show for which a recording exists available to download with artwork and whatnot as well, in lossless and lossy formats. Obviously, this is going to take time, as we want to go about this the right way and get permission from the tapers who made these recordings possible, but we were wondering, what tour do you want to see next? 1992 'classic PJ', 1998 'Yield era' shows, or maybe something smaller scale like the VFC tour?

Getting in the crimbo spirit, there will be a few odds and sods released this month from Santa's sack, so keep an eye out for that as well...

Now last but not least, i foolishly deleted the '05 holiday single from my computer, and wonder if someone could upload it for me (ideally in lossless format - i can convert to lossy myself)? Please please please?

    Thanks

Thanks for everything you do I'm Gone. I would put a vote in for some '98 shows. There seems to be a lot of good ones from that tour but I haven't been able to find many of them

  • Does anyone have the 5/12/92 show from Ventura, CA? Would love to hear what Pearl Jam playing at the 'Majestic Ventura Theatre' sounded like. :)

Sorry but the 05 single is the only holiday single i don't have in mp3, i wish i could help you but i haven't a clue how convert from a 45'...
Thank you for all you do... you are a bootleg legend my friend...PEACE

Thanks I'm Gone! You truly deserve something kick ass for your efforts. As far as tours go I would like to see shows from 1998. I think however that any old school shows that have great sound should find their way to the web page also. :)

Now as far as the Christmas single goes, I have it but it is in MP3 format and decoded at 128k. If you want it shoot me a PM and I will upload it for you.

    Thanks again for your efforts,
    Dan
