Any recommendations to some downloads that are better sounding than others? The few early 90's have been hit or miss for me. Also has anyone paid for a premium membership and found what other music is available at this site? I'm also wondering if there is burning software that can eliminate the slight gap or hiccup between songs when burned to cd. Thanks for the help.
  • Damn this thread is amazing!
Thanks to everyone for helpin out :-)

Iv been collecting for years, but had stopped for a while to catch up!
This thread has re-kindled my inner trader again :)

    BUT!....

i still have about 15-20 boots from the 2000 collectiong to go!

I was able to find the 2003 show list on Page 65

But does anyone know if there is a list of all the 2000 shows??

    Thanks again
Keep up the good work :)

    Hello!

im not very good at explaining, but...

Unfortunatley when mp3's are burnt there is a slight gap added to the start of the song, because of the burn process.

So even if you did Disc At Once when you burn your CD using mp3's, there would still be a jump, and its really noticable with the boots.

What i do is use Audicity, import the Mp3 file, then, if you zoom all the way to the start/finish of the song you will see that there is a straight line (no audio recorded) just before the sound waves begin.

Selct this section with the left mouse button (make sure you cut out JUST the silent gap), and press delete. Also, make sure you do it to both the start and the finish of the song.

Now go up to File > Export as Wav
Then save the new file as a WAV file.

And for some reason (i dont know why), Wav's dont have the gaps at either end of the song.

Now do this to each song of the boot, and burn all the Wav's using Disc At Once.

    Hey presto!
    a boot with no gaps!

now, its a pretty long winded way of doin it, but its the only conclusion iv come up with.
    Unless theres aan easier way?.......

hope it all works out for ya's all!

Plus, im never gonna listen to more than one show a day anyrate! haha :)

And also can anyone help me please....why do some shows have more than one name?
    for eg: i downloaded

    #45 - 02/09/2000 Camden New Jersey

, from this thread, however, i have an old page i printed from the Synergy site, back when they had a page with all the 2000 boots and their setlists on, and boot number #45 is

    Sept. 2, 2000 - Philidelphia, Pennsylvania: E-Centre

its the same show cause the set is the same,

can any one help me out please??

ps. Im from Australia, were the cities have been the same name since we landed here...

Camden is right across the Delaware River from Philly, and that's where the show was. It's the same thing as when they call Shoreline Amphitheatre San Francisco, when it's really 30-odd miles away in Mountain View.
  • I keep waiting for this one to show up, but I've never seen it, it may be a longshot. Does anyone out there have Murfreesboro, TN - Mar 26, 94. It would be very much appreciated. Would it help if I told you it was for a girl?

Yes, but i've got a back log of requests to deal with so don't expect to see it until the new year...
