I bought a Prime rib eye today from my butcher and it is sooooooooooooooo much better than what I get from the supermarket.

The taste between the two is just criminal.  ALWAYS buy PRIME!

I always buy from the butcher versus the supermarket (for a number of reasons). It's more expensive, but it's something my household needs to pay for. The quality is superior as well (as you noted)!

This was beef we bought from a 4H family (kid).

I didn’t choose the toppings, but these were pretty good pies.

I've seen (and endorse) 'extra cheese', but I've never seen anyone order 'extra black olives' or 'extra green peppers'.

    So... I guess I'm saying, "You're weird."

(pizzas don't look too bad to be honest)

I didn’t order them. I’m not sure if either was “extra.” this place tends not to scrimp.

I know some people consider the “hawaiian” an affront to humanity, but this one was pretty good.

If the mozza is decent (really stringy) and the ham is quality (with a touch of 'smoked')... I like the Hawaiian. It's never the 'go to', but it's decent when options are slim.

    There's this component as well!

Best to keep it light on the pineapple as well.

    Hawai’ian pizza is delicious.
First time I had ever heard of a Hawaiian pizza was in California.

I said "what?!?, You put what on your pizza?!?  Pineapple and Canadian bacon?  That's not bacon it's goddam ham and who the hell puts pineapple on a damn pie?!?"

    Sir what's a pie?!?

    "Oh fer fucks sake... "

Making pizzas tonight as the 3 year old becomes the 4 year old.  His request.
Considering green peppers and black olives after seeing that one that Wobbie posted.

    Question?!?

Pizzas are meant to be cooked in ovens that go 7-900 degrees.

Do you notice a taste difference by cooking them at a lower heat setting?
