2018 US-UK/Euro Tour Merchandise Swap

Was thinking of organizing a US-Euro/UK merchandise swap. Since people try to trades stickers/pins, etc...maybe we could include shirts, hats, and more. Not necessarily posters but smaller items we could package in bulk. Idea would be you have to contribute to receive something in return. We would just need a recipient in each location as a central shipping point. Then from there things would be further shipped locally. Thoughts?
