    I'm rooting for Vegas.

I really have next to no interest in watching Vegas and Tampa in the finals to be honest, other than a possible clinching game.  Washington I could get into because I would like to see Ovechkin win.

Man I should’ve put that $20 on Vegas at the beginning of the year! 500:1 before the season started.

i saw a guy from one of the Vegas sportsbooks interviewed last week and they asked him if he would attend the parade if they win the Cup.  he said yes 'with his resume' because of those 500-1 bets.

Vegas being this good is going to totally fuck the new Seattle team. No way the other teams allow the same rules for the expansion draft as Vegas got.

Well that tells me there's still quite a lot of talent still out there internationally. That said since the Bruins are gone....GO VEGAS GO!!!

What the other teams want doesn't matter. As long as Bettman gets the 750 Million franchise fee for him and the other owners you can be damn sure that Seattle will get the exact same luxuries that Vegas did.

Man, I wish Doc Emrick announced every game I watched.  He's the best PBP guy out there.

I wonder how this may stunt the maintaining of a fan base in Las Vegas.  Massive stimulation in year 1, and basically get as good as it gets right out of the box.  Will people show when they are a fringe playoff team or worse?  Unless you the the Yankees... deprivation, the chase, and the "what if" draws dedicated fans.
    It'll be interesting

When he did the Flyers games awhile back , i didn't like him. I thought he over announced & was annoying.

Did anyone watch the World Championships? It was better Hockey then the Olympics. It did suck the Gold Medal game went to a shootout, though.

Yeah this series has been awesome.  Most of these series have been very good.  NHL playoffs are so much better than NBA.

I think I seen/heard about stamkos only a couple times on the ice, must've be eating chips over in the corner. Ineffective either way.   2nd and 3rd lines from both teams are killing it.

Ovi yesterday was a beast.  I am really hoping that they win game 7.  just can't have 2 teams in the finals who don't have snow.  Just doesn't seem right to me

That would have been against the Blackhawks though.. I would have thought those would be decent ratings.  Before that was 04 and the Flames.  I could see low ratings for that series.

Low ratings be damned. That 2004 team was one of the best championship teams I’ve seen.

2015 Chicago v Tampa was the 2nd most watched SCF in the last 15 years.  Even in 2004 Tampa/Calgary drew a 2.6 rating  For comparison, last year's Penguins/Predators Final drew a 2.7

I just think he's still hoping to be vindicated for the disaster that has been hockey in the southern US.

He has already been vindicated for that, and it hasn't been a disaster.

I think he would prefer Washington, for the market size.  Vegas and washington would be pretty ideal for the nhl as it has the Ovechkin storyline that can attract additional interest.
