My wife is not celiac, but she says the GF helps with another ailment that she has. They offered to make her a GF one when she went to pick up our order, but it would’ve taken 20 minutes and it was already getting late. She said no thanks, and I guess the employees got a free pizza.
The kids destroyed their pie. They love it. I had one slice of it, and I’m still chewing on it this morning. My review is above. Gross.
At least my son has better taste when it’s his week to pick the pizza place. (He picks the same one I do for my week, which will be this coming Friday.)I SAW PEARL JAM0 -
I know I missed the boat here, but favourite chain pizza is East of Chicago, which is a Pizza Hut style pie with slightly better sauce. Way more expensive though, so Pizza Hut wins out always.
Anybody ever have Hungry Howie's? Flavor baked crust that is excellent, but they basically crap on that delicious crust and bake it.
Frozen pizza... I can't pick a favorite. The problem is that any frozen pizza done 2 times back to back is always going to suck hard the second time so you just have to eat a different kind every time.Monkey Driven, Call this Living?0 -
So is anyone familiar with "wedgies" (not the underwear kind) or is it just a where-I'm-from thing? It's a baked sandwich but with pizza crust instead of bread.Star Lake 00 / Pittsburgh 03 / State College 03 / Bristow 03 / Cleveland 06 / Camden II 06 / DC 08 / Pittsburgh 13 / Baltimore 13 / Charlottesville 13 / Cincinnati 14 / St. Paul 14 / Hampton 16 / Wrigley I 16 / Wrigley II 16 / Baltimore 20 / Camden 22 / Baltimore 24 / Raleigh I 25 / Raleigh II 25 / Pittsburgh I 250

I've never heard of that version of a wedgie. Is it similar to calzone?
I'm sure I've mentioned it before, but no frozen pizza could touch the original Wolfgang Puck's. I believe Linda McCartney (RIPx10) had one too in her frozen vegetarian line.0 -

Papa John's today. Not good. At all.
First world problems lol
In the grand scheme of human history, Papa John's is a delicious fucking delicacy, but we are damn spoiled 'round here.

Took my son to a 5 yr old bday party at a bowling alley today. “Pizza” was served. Let’s just say they’re not making it from scratch in the back. Lol0

I can honestly say I haven't had frozen pizza for over 20 years.
I remember at university we would spread ragu over pita shells and place cheddar and black forest ham for toppings- thinking we were pizza cooking gurus."My brain's a good brain!"0 -
My 10 year old daughter has recently discovered the cook book isle of her school library. We've been experimenting with 80's recipes for weeks. Tonight's menu is a pizza fondue. I'll keep you posted!

So has anyone ever heard of mountain pies? I think they might have other names in different regions, but they’re very popular here in western PA, and the best kind is pizza. You cook them on a campfire and they are the shit. This was last night at my uncles camp. 1 pizza mountain pie and one lemon/blackberry.0

Looks for like a hot pocket or calzone than a pizza.I'll ride the wave where it takes me......0
