What if you just called it Pizza Pub?

I read your subject line and never heard of a pizza pub before but new exactly what it was by the title.  It straightforward and to the point :)
Yeah, I’m trying to keep it simple obviously and not too weird, I like pietology and pizza pub, maybe a combo of the two?  The ideas are awesome so far- thank you everyone! Most are too Pearl Jamish and I don’t want to have to explain it to everyone who comes in

    How about Poppie’s Pizza?

It's a pizza place where you make your own pie! We give you the dough, the sauce, the cheese...you pound it, slap it, you flip it up into the air...you put your toppings on and you slide it into the oven! Sounds good, huh?

On second thought... it might be kind of dangerous.   You have to know how to do that. You can't have people shoving their arms into a six-hundred degree oven.

Instead of naming the pub after something Pearl Jam related (which I don't think you were in the first place), you should definitely name some pizzas after some of the suggested names above. For instance, someone said "Red Mosqidough." Make that your standard margarita pizza or something. "Dough, the Evolution" could be a pizza with unique toppings, hence the evolution. Idk, some food for thought (pun intended). I live in Wicker Park in Chicago and there's a pizza place here that had a pizza named "Pearl Yam" that had yams on it. Pretty interesting.

Yes! Great idea.  I’d make it BYOB too just to make it all work smoothly.

Pizza Garden - simple, straight to the point (especially if you're in a garden-type location), and PJ related too

edit: oh, you can even steal the logo from here:  http://www.pizzagarden.pl/pl/index.php (lol)

A friend of mine used to run a club night called The Last Exit. I always thought that would be a cool name for a bar/cafe/club/bookstore... and now pizza pub!

POPPIE: Wait a second...what is that?
    KRAMER: It's cucumbers.
POPPIE: No, no. You can't put cucumbers on a pizza.
KRAMER: Well, why not? I like cucumbers.
POPPIE: That's not a pizza. It'll taste terrible.
KRAMER: But that's the idea, you make your own pie.
POPPIE: Yes, but we cannot give the people the right to choose any topping they want! Now on this issue there can be no debate!
KRAMER: What gives you the right to tell me how I would make my pie?
    POPPIE: Because it's a pizza!
KRAMER: It's not a pizza until it comes out of the oven!
POPPIE: It's a pizza the moment you put your fists in the dough!
