    There’s a place near me called “Vinyl Pie” that is music, memorabilia and record related. Brilliant vibe.

    It all boils down to their mission statement, for the pizza joint that’s not just a pizza joint: “great music, great food.”

    Hey man - it’s in the Charlotte, NC area. I just checked and it is actually “The Vinyl Pi” not sure why “Pi” rather than “Pie” but the food is great. Lots of band related food names. Here’s the menu: http://www.thevinylpi.com/dinner-menu-2/

    NY style thin crust, but they’re all 12” “pub pies.”  So a personal pizza basically but a fair size.

    some pretty cool mixtures but they’ll all be one price, doesn’t matter how much stuff you put on it.

    Edit, forgot to answer your question- they’ll all be baked on a natural stone hearth pizza oven.
