Yeah  I won't know what's going on until he sms' me that he's about to board the plane
These people just have no idea of the ramifications of their actions, do they?
I understand what they are striking for may be important for them, but its been months for you and the kids without hubby, and to think that a casual strike to them can stop Glenn from coming home must be so frustrating

It seems to me that there are just so many people striking at the moment...my Mother in Law is striking cause of her work with school dental, the teachers arent ever happy....bloody hell!

Im going to make some scones with the kids, like a good house bitch :p

Yeah...it would be bad enough normally, but, as I mentioned before...it's his Dad's HUGE 70th birthday bash on Saturday and with him (hopefully) beating cancer, it's pretty special.....Glenn HAS to be there! If he doesn't get on this flight tomorrow....I'll be looking for a flight with VB, to get him back in time......don't know what my chances will be.

    I haven't done my 2005, 2006 or 2007 personal tax.

    I haven't done Leigh's 2007 personal tax or 2007 business tax....OR his December 2007 BAS!

    So slack.

yeah, i'm alright. i've done it a few times. it's an old basketball injury. most of the time it just pops itself back in and it's sore for a few days. but today it didn't go back in so i was sitting in a garden with a water meter sticking up my arse for about an hour waiting for ambos to come drug me up and put it back in for me.

hopefully i'm only out of action for a week. once i can start getting around without crutches i'll be fine.

unless i need surgery to tighten the tendons or whatever, then who knows.

EDIT: yup, the green whistle is good.

Buy an investment property and negative gear, dont declare cash, contribute to super, find more deductions, set up a partnership and income ssplit.

The ATO are OK - the staff let them down. You get about 30% helpful and knowledgable, the rest should be working for my mates at Telstra or Comm Bank

ha ha, it's not like i stuck it there as pain relief or anything, it just happen to be where i fell.

i was in the worlds must uncomfortable position. like i fell on a big old water meter sticking out of the ground kinda like this:

    http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3205/2290332131_8859029884.jpg?v=0

and cause i couldn't move cause my knee was all bent out of shape and shit and it hurt like a motherfucker i had to sit on it with one hand holding my knee the other holding myself up from falling of the water meter and snapping my leg in half under my fat weight.
