Hey? Just an idea???? :o I've been thinking a lot lately that it would be good to have a PJ related topic to chat about here each week.
For example, say, on Monday one of us (whoever) posts a "PJ topic of discussion of the week". It could be anything.....a song, an album, a gig etc etc. We would still talk about bullshit as usual, but if anyone wanted to comment on or discuss anything re; the PJ topic posted, they could.

I have noticed that there are quite a few Aussie fans that visit the forum, not to chat in here, but to chat in PJ related threads....would be good if they popped in here as well.
....and personally, I'd rather discuss PJ stuff in here.....I get a bit sick of the agro on the Porch.
    I dunno??????

    Great idea....I'll start

Have I ever told you all how shit the song Gone is?

    If you dont believe me

Why, no you didn't :) I find it most interesting, ALSO rather surprising that it was the first time you'd listened to the entire bootleg, ALSO would like to agree with you that it was a magnificent musical event that I enjoyed immensely and ALSO, I think I shall insert it into my compact disk player immediately and appreciate it once again :D

ALSO....good luck with pursuing further knowledge in such areas as bond trusts, hedge funds, derivatives, precious metals and tax driven investments such as films and horticulture :D

I tend to only listen to individual songs from concerts for some reason. I do have a lot of boots on my puter but I find it too distracting at work. My MP# had just individual songs on it

Yep.....it all depends on my mood. Sometimes I'll stick a boot on and listen to it from start to finish, other times, I'll skip songs or just listen to the songs I want to hear. Perth boot I always listen to from start to end....tend to put that on more if I'm able to sit and listen and re-live the whole experience. I get emotional EVERY time :o Unfortunately I've only attended Perth shows :( so can't re-live others.....that will all change nest tour!!!!! :D

Funny - I was going to ask you what kind of studdier you are as far as listening to music. I remember back in my studying days I had a far more productive session if I had music playing, as opposed to sitting in silence....whereas I know some people are quite the opposite.

Nope cant do it. Mind you I can sit in a pub (a quiet pub) over an hour, have a few beers and get some pretty good work done

DonJon, you're a fitness guru so I'll ask you this question...

Someone is trying to give me a mini-trampoline -- do you think jumping on that would actually make me lose weight? I need to lose 6-8 kilos but mainly I want to get my heart rate up and get fit! I walk every morning for 35 mins but the dogs fuck around and we have to slow down and it's just not effective enough. I have one of those air-o-fit glider things that I use which is good for getting my heart rate up but I want something else as well so it doesn't get boring.

So, yay or nay to a mini-trampoline?

Depends how they keep their books! What do you use?

But basically - summary of gross income and GST inclusive expenses.
If company - are their wages paid? Then need to include PAYG and gross wages.
Could also be company tax instalment on there as well

    Yeah for sure
Two ways you could use it (Id 99% go for the second)
1st - jump on it and bring knees up to chest/hips each time in air
2nd - use it as an unstable point (GREAT for the core and glutes)
Could list 50 exercises. Just think of normal stuff but do it on that. Cause its unstable you need to switch tummy/bum on so you dont fall off

Lift a medicine ball above your head, stand on one leg, do push ups with hands on it and feet on ground. Lunges - go from squat on ground onto tramp and hold for a sec, jump back another 5cm further and do again then back anonther 5... until your are back about 1.5 metres

One foot on tramp, one on ground (pref with some light weights in hand), hold body upright and dip to ground. Do 15 on each leg

I would use it as a core/bum/stability as all above. Only real high intesnsity I could think of would be jump on it as they aren't that big. It'll fit your core strength massively..

I dont do anything straight forward anymore without throwing in another variable - one leg, ball, trampoline, cable, different weights in each hand etc
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

    I'd say YAY! :)

Another good, cheap, simple thing (rather that spending lot's of money on expensive equipment that also takes up a lot of room) is a hoola hoop.....beleive it or not ! - good for your waist line too :) They're also good cuz it's something that if you have a spare half an hour, it's easy to just grab and get going - no setting up required.

I told you there's no rush and don't stress if you don't get it posted tomorrow!

LOL! You're probably not far off there.....things always take a lot longer to get to or from QLD for some weird reason??? I have tonnes of customers there and they have learnt not to order things and expect them quickly.

Let me know your bank details or something so I can at LEAST throw some $$ your way to cover postage etc. :)
