and this is the reason why i am missing powderfinger/silverchair. my wife is due that week.

9 more weeks, it's getting scary.
My mate snapped up my spare Live Earth ticket (due to someone else not being able to go) the day after his wife had a baby  He said it was an opportunity of a lifetime haha. I feel that Powderchair is the same :)

I heard The Police are breaking up after the Australian shows. Apparently they're not that great anymore. I actually saw them when I was a sweet young thing living in Melbourne in the 1980s ... I can't remember a thing about it though.

Anyone read the article in the Syd Telegraph today about Crohns Disease? They have found some new fandangle remedy that has been extremely successful in trials. Unfortunately it costs $16K per month at the mo until it is passed by the Pharmaceuticals Board. Jolly good

Also anyone who plays the stock market go have a look at Fermiscan stocks - they have invented a process whereby the can tell if a lady has breast cancer by a hair strand. Accredited/funded by CSIRO etc. Don got them at 45c and is gonna retire on them :D
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

Watched The Police on TV at Live Earth the other week. I thought they were excellent. Sting has got one of those unwavering voices that withstands the test of time.
