Completely agree. Pierce thinks he's a top 10 player all time, when he is VERY FAR from that. It was like his last year, when Draymond Green called him out for trying to be Kobe and having a final season farewell.

Pierce was a good player, who always thought he was better than he was. Worst thing that ever happened was Shaq calling him The Truth.

The Cavs don't seem to be clicking this year.  I know I shouldn't be worried but I am.

Cavs CANNOT win the title with their current roster. They have NO defence. I can't see them getting out of the East with this team. If they are any hope of winning it this year, they must put the Brooklyn pick (value is lower now) up for trade, along with any player not named LeBron. Keeping that pick for insurance in case LBJ leaves, will not solve their issues next year anyway. The pick is likely to be somewhere between 5-8 and they have a very low chance of drafting a franchise player there.

GM LeBron caused this with insisting on signing TT to his ridiculous contract and also an aging JR Smith.

Jason Kidd may be among the best point guards in league history, but his exits often don't go well. Notable his trade from the Nets, his attempt at a power play in Brooklyn after one season in 2013-14.

Yeah Oakley was a beast, as was the X Man, Xavier McDaniel and also Anthony Mason. Lambier was an outright Thug, but that was almost accepted back then. Rodman, when he was at the Pistons,  pushed Pippen into the stands after an attempted lay up that Pip held a grudge over for years until D Rod came to the Bulls.

The Heat/Knicks rivalry in the 90's was excellent too

I remember Alonzo Mourning screaming at Rodman on TV "You're a sick fuck, you're a sick fuck, you know that?!?"  I always wondered if he was shoving a finger in his but or just talking mad trash?

FYI Rodman used to do some weird stuff to players, lol.

Blake Griffin traded to the Pistons

Big gamble by the Pistons, huge amount of money left on his contract and he regularly misses games with injury. I think they had to roll the dice though as they are not a team that will attract free agents. Front court of Drummond/Griffin/Stanley should be very solid and Kennard should get a shot at the SG spot for the rest of the season.

  • Westbrook got posterized by Embiid.
Wesrbrook stared him down when dribbling out the clock in a win over the sixers.

That was one hard ass stare.

He has developed a 3pointer now.

But he does get hurt a lot.
