    Anything to back that up?
I couldn't find anything to verify that the state sets minimum retail prices.
I really doubt that to be the case.

A little slow on the milk thing. But I've heard of this before, its common. I'm pretty sure it only applies to the manufactures paying the ranchers/farmers for their milk product. Not the final sale of milk products in the grocery store. Its designed to protect the milk farmers, and if the grocery store wants to sell ice cream for a 10 cent profit that doesn't affect them.
For example Blue Bell has to pay a predetermined price for their cream and milk to make ice cream. But they can sell their ice cream for however much they want, they can sell it at a loss if they want to, the milk farmers were already paid.
Either I'm misinformed or that store was, or wanted a reason to give customers why they are suddenly price gouging.

Still, this past week as the Republican-controlled legislature worked on revisions to the state House and Senate district boundaries, the Senate Redistricting Committee adjusted the boundaries of the proposed Senate 21 to encompass Clark’s new house.

Hey, it looks like the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying admitted they were wrong for fining that engineer who had the audacity to say he was an engineer. Lol. Hopefully they're a little less trigger happy violating peoples' free speech rights in the future, but unfortunately their admission applies only to Järlström. Next time I'm sure they'll limit their violations of peoples' rights to those who can't afford attorneys.

State board concedes it violated free speech rights of red-light camera critic

Not in MN.  Speed cameras either.  Hell, they don't even monitor the toll lanes.  Another reason I love this state.

in manitoba they have basically come out and admitted that red light cameras are nothing but a cash grab. fighting the tickets is easy as the technology is disputable if people put in the time.

I like red light and speed cameras. Fuck the assholes who run red lights and speed. I think the fines they get should be higher. However, I only like them if they work properly, obviously. If there are cases where the light timing is fucking people over, that's not cool at all.
I'm glad the State Board admitted what they did was wrong too. Freedom of speech is important. And I absolutely adore whistleblowers (for the most part).

Chicago was caught shortening the yellow light timing after red light cameras were installed, and after they installed the speed cameras they removed a bunch of speed bumps.

I know, I paid more than my fair share when I lived there.

Got whacked rolling red on red.  That particular camera issued over 10,000 tickets in 2.5 months.  Over 100/day.  $1MM in revenue for the city.

The only reason it got pulled is because it was near a mall and people threatened to stop shopping there.

Whatever happened to personal responsibility? You need speed bumps to avoid the speed cameras? Incapable of driving the speed limit? It’s all big governments fault.
