    If Clinton won none of these stories would have been told. She would have protected Weinstein for he was one of her major doners. Once she lost the protection racket collapsed. I don’t “credit” Trump for that...it just happens to be an ancillary benefit to his destruction of illusions.

    The right is full of these contradictions. Clinton is simultaneously ineffectual and all-powerful. Trump's lies uncover the truth. Pretty distasteful, though, that no credit is given to women who actually had to do the hard work of standing up, making these accusations, and dealing with the resulting flack.

    My guess JC? Sometime after the new year he’ll be indicted and charged. Mueller, to illustrate his heart, will allow Jared Dear Boy the opportunity to spend the holidays with his family, you know white privilege and all. Then when congress returns from their Christmas break (see? Not canceled), he’ll be indicted and formally charged, and placed under house arrest. Unless he cops a plea and agrees to be state’s witness, unlikely as he’ll do time as did his father and to stay in Trump’s good graces (plus, he’s young and wealthy enough to do some time and still have a life after the slammer), his trial will start in the late summer or early fall, just in time for the mid-terms. His trial will take 3-6 months and upon being found guilty, he’ll report to prison in December or January, if the court deems one more benevolent holiday with his family is in order,  again white privilege.
