    Lady Bird (2017)

critics are raving about it.  It was really good.  Will def,. get some oscar noms (probably best picture, best actress (Saoirse Ronan), and maybe best supporting actress (Laurie Metcalf).  def. worth checking out.

    The Shining (1980)
    still a classic

    The Equalizer

Pretty standard specially skilled vigilante hero movie. Pretty entertaining but nothing special or new. I do have a thing for Denzel Washington though, so yeah, I enjoyed it.

    Justice League

Not as bad as I thought it was gonna be.  Wonder Woman was great, dug Aquaman.  Flash was ok (kinda reminded me too much of Spiderman with the way he acted).  Didn't really care for Superman.  Batman and the cyborg weren't too bad.

    The Witch

Very well directed. The ending was a little too blatant, though, for a film that, for the most part, up until that point, had subtlety and nuance as its bread and butter.

Is that the one with Jim Carey doing the voice?
If so, great movie. My friend recommended it to me so I bought it for Christmas last year.

Yes but in my defense I was a teenager when that came out. Still not as bad as The Change Up with Ryan Reynolds. That was brutal. Bad Words, however, was excellent.
