One place I occasionally order from tops their pizza with a cheese blend that includes cheddar. It's actually quite tasty.

    Not traditional, but tasty nonetheless!
There's a local place here that uses Colby exclusively on their pizza.
It's a shame because it's a good crust and a good sauce, but Colby is heavy on grease and light on flavor.

grandma pie is amazing.  in-between a regular slice and sicilian.  dan, detroit style pizza?
Barring a trip to Detroit, check out Emmy Squared next time you're in Brooklyn.

13th B-day party yesterday with the family.
24 people.  3 party pizza trays from their favorite, Big John's.  Had a few pieces left over for our freezer.
Big John's is a place that has been around forever...cash only....the neighborhood has disintegrated around it as well.  The only time I would want to pick this up is during the daytime.
    Know for?
Sweet Sauce & adding handfuls of Pepperoni after the pies come out.
Not my fave but for all of the in laws from the Vineland area, this is tops for them.

Looking at their Gallery, it seems they make their pizza on a conveyor belt style oven.

I love provolone on some pizzas. In addition to mozza, that is. Spinach and provolone is a particularly good combo.
