Been considering this for the past few days and there are a few easy ones:
1. Vedder - From 1990 - 2003 There is no other voice in music that compared for me. He could cover any song with or without PJ and it became my favorite version. From the amazing screams, growls and grunts to the vocal beauty. Still love his voice, but that was his era. 2. Cornell - If you would have asked me after Soundgarden split up I wouldn't have even considered him even though I loved their music. It wasn't until his solo career and work with Audioslave that made me appreciate how great that voice was. 3. Plant - Similar to Vedder, his early vocals and range were amazing. When I first listened to BBC sessions, I was mesmerized by the soul in his sound. It was so raw and beautiful. His voice is still amazing, but the range is gone. 4. Lennon - Man did he sing some amazing songs. From the screams and shouts of Revolution and Twist and Shout, to the soul of I Want You and the perfection of You've Got to Hide Your Love and Nowhere Man. Lennon's voice was the first that I heard where I loved everything he sang. 5. Buddy Holly - Recently was listening to him again and was just amazed at the sound he created and pioneered. His short career was an inspiration to almost every singer I've loved.
Honorable mention to Dion, Jackie Wilson, Elvis and Paul Rodgers. Almost forgot Jim Morrison.

Mentioned elsewhere - for me, no one (or a very precious few) can hold a candle to Mercury's voice. Even running around on stage, top-fucking-notch.
And some fantastic nods up there!
I find I'm sometimes pulled in not necessarily by quality of the voice but by its essence. Think Yorke, Hoon, Jagger, Hendrix, Bowie. The honesty hits because it's given as such, and therefore goes deep.
I can't even touch on the lyrical side, but cherish the musical poetry I've been given.
