2016 Ten Club Single - Legal Action?

Once again, Pearl Jam and the Ten Club have dropped the ball on the 2016 Ten Club Single. We paid for our subscription in 2015. How is Pearl Jam so busy that they can't make this a more important issue?

If the 2016 Ten Club Single isn't sent before the end of the 2017, is there anyone else wanting to pursue legal action against the Ten Club and Pearl Jam? It is not fair that they take our money and not send us what we paid for in a timely manner. Pearl Jam have not been busy touring or recording. If this was important to them, they would take this more seriously and take care of this issue in a timely manner. Have Pearl Jam become so big that they feel entitled and not worried about this at all? If I was a member of Pearl Jam, I would be very ashamed.

    Nope, I don't want to take part in legal action. 
    The single is just one small piece to the benefits of membership.

    Not a chance I ever sue someone or something over a $10 record.

    10c's kind of been 10c the whole time I've been in it.   Unlike other fan clubs which farm out to bigger companies like fanfire to handle operations, 10c does everything in house.  It operates more like a mom and pop organization what a greased well oiled machine.   I'm pretty sure the band does it, because there's a lot of trust between them and the people that run the 10c.    It gives them full control, something they couldn't get if they farmed it out.

    but yah... it's the way the 10c is.... there's definitely a few drawbacks on the customer front due to it being a small operation.  I'm not going to sue them for it... lol.

    Not a chance would I participate. To be quite honest until I came across this post I want even aware that the 2016 Ten Club single was not sent. Haven't downloaded the last 3 and probably won't download the 2016 one. Just a small piece of being a member.

    Well it depends.   If you're digital yah.. but if your Analog, it's almost the sole reason for being Analog.
