    You can order it again through Amazon Canada. It says temporary out of stock but at least you can put an order.

    I'm not from Canada, but $108.50 cdn isn't that more expensive than $75 usd. Wouldn't that be charging higher than the actual retail price?

    I received an email "alert" on Monday. I looked a few hours later and it was already temporarily out of stock

    You're right maybe $10 higher but the shipping is free. In the end, it's cheaper.

    Price went down 11 cents over @ Amazon Canada to $75.25.
    Wondering what's the hold up, as few copies were shipped out from Amazon Canada few months back.

    Hopefully next month from what I was told by CS at an online retailer... Band is fixing a "problem" and it will be a "good month" before it is ready to ship...

    Wish there was an official announcement....

    I contacted Hal Leonard a few weeks ago and asked what the reason was for the delay and how long it would last.   I was told "The unfortunate death of Chris Cornell and media surrounding it has caused the band to pause and review all of their current projects."  I pointed out that the delay was announced well before his death, but they never responded back to me.   I'm hoping they just don't want to admit that they screwed up royally by not including the solos, and they are now working to add those.

    Mike might be upset(rightfully so) that his career work has been omitted from the book. Imagine an artist of 25 years and their creative work was completely left out. Totally disrespectful and half assed of the publisher in charge of the project.
