    Why does he believe DHS when convenient?  Why hasn't he acted on the intel about the Russian interference?  These are 2 separate issues:

    1) Russia interference
    2) Trump campaign colluding with Russia

    He thinks if he mentions Russia interference then it means they helped him win....why does he seem to think that???? Hmmmm.....
