You didn't make the list but you post it like it is the official list. Once you read it further it is all speculation. That article might as well have had 100 people listed and would have the same effect - zero.
If your list is so official who do you support from it?

Another sensational headline. Hey look everyone these people are thinking about running!  Well fuck it I should too then since it is that easy.  Yes, I am thinking about running now.

Russia 'won' the electoral college by 77,744 votes in WI, MI, & PA. That is 0.27% of the population of those states. People are acting like that would be some insurmountable task. How is tRump's approval rating doing again?

It's more about voter turnout, and the lower it is, the greater benefit to Republicans. Anyone have a number on the voter turnout in Georgia yesterday?
Thousands and thousands were supposedly prevented from voting, or so reports said while the polls were still open. Some were saying it was outright voter suppression in favour of the Reps. I haven't read too much about it though, so can't comment on the validity of the claims. Something about obscure country lines, so who knows (well, someone probably does, but not me, lol).

You're so tired of the impeachment stuff already you want to fast forward 4 years. Sorry man. Dude's only been in office for 5 months.

    I somehow missed this comment.
President Trump has been cemented w/ almost 2yrs of campaigning into the position he has.  It will take nearly double to uncement this.

I am saying that in a year from now yourself and many others will say "it's only been a year wait and see".  In the meantime unless you put up a candidate that will beat President Trump you will essentially hand the win over in a nicely wrapped present.

I nominate this warm jar of mayonnaise. All hail President Hellmans!

Seems to me a self professed libertarian would care if his president is overstepping his bounds or not.  Thanks for proving to us again that you're a fake libertarian.

Try to read again...the last ten should have been removed.

Your opinion of me means nothing since you weren't here claiming the same.  I won't lose sleep over another President abusing the office when you were asleep when the last guy drone striked a US citizen without trial.

That's a depressing list.  No wonder we ended up with this idiot president.  To be fair, I'm not really a fan of any politician these days so I'm probably being overly critical.  But Bernie Sanders?  Elizabeth Warren?  This is how the democrats think they win the presidency back?  Really?  Haven't they been paying attention?

C'mon, it's CNN's list. My guess is it'll be someone not currently on it. And smokin' Joe Biden would clean Trump's clock but he likely won't run.

Yep.  Not a single one of them can beat Trump.  Biden if he were younger.  Otherwise, forget it.  That election is already over.

Sanders would've pretty easily beat trump. I don't know why you think he wouldn't have.

How do you figure? Would he have stolen votes from trump? Or do you think people stayed home instead of going to the polls for Hillary?

csuse I don't think he takes many of any votes from trump. So if there are lots of people that stayed home then this last election is on them.

Because he was up by 10 to 12 points on trump consistently in the polls. Turnout would've been higher for him. He would've taken all of Jill Stien's votes and some of Johnson's. He would've easily taken all of the Midwest except Indiana, and gotten the rest of Clinton's states.

I don't think there was anything easy about him being elected.  Could have happened...but certainly not definite.  Heck - I voted for Hillary (to vote against trump)...and if Bernie was running I would have voted for Gary Johnson.

I don't think there was anything easy about him being elected.  Could have happened...but certainly not definite.  Heck - I voted for Hillary (to vote against trump)...and if Bernie was running I would have voted for Gary Johnson.
Of course it's not 100% definite, but I'm not going to pick Chaminade to beat North Carolina in the tourney, either.

    "THE FIELD"
How do you figure? Would he have stolen votes from trump? Or do you think people stayed home instead of going to the polls for Hillary?

csuse I don't think he takes many of any votes from trump. So if there are lots of people that stayed home then this last election is on them.
I don't think he would have.  But it is possible.  I think the election was to a degree a reflection of how hated Hilary was for 25 years.  It was an arrogant and stupid move by the party to think it was her chance and that Trump did not stand a chance.

Would Sanders have stolen votes from Trump?  Probably not.  Would anti-Trump turnout have increased to the point of turning it?  I tend to doubt it, but maybe.  Ultimately he was viewed as "too liberal," not to mention Jewish.  I think the lost votes for that would have made up for the turnout votes.  But who knows?

As to 2020, the Democrats don't have a deep bench and I'm not seeing a viable candidate.  Trump is, at least by default, probably not going to be beatable.

Who saw Obama coming in 2005? No one knew who he was before the convention speech.

Then why do you think Sanders had such a big lead on trump in any head to head poll with trump?

Dude - Bernie v Trump is more like a NCAA play-in game .... so tell me who you got?  New Orleans or Mt St Mary's?

That's a depressing list.  No wonder we ended up with this idiot president.  To be fair, I'm not really a fan of any politician these days so I'm probably being overly critical.  But Bernie Sanders?  Elizabeth Warren?  This is how the democrats think they win the presidency back?  Really?  Haven't they been paying attention?
I'm not even American, and I LOVE Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren. If I were American, I'd be campaigning for either one of them. Two absolutely fantastic options for the leadership IMO. I think both are capable of drumming up enough support to win an election. They are both very inspiring people when they speak for their causes. Groundswell. Plus, they actually truly give a shit and want to do the right thing for the country/citizens. That is extremely rare for politics, and now there are two of them at the same time. It's actually a bit stunning to me. I actually wish they were Canadian, lol, but I guess the USA needs them more.

No way. Bernie's old school game is an easy win, even with the scoop shots and underhand free throws. Squecky clean, too. No ncaa violations, unlike trump's  history of giving recruits coke, strippers, and all A's without going to class.

Yeah, when was the last time a squeky team beat the team that provided hookers and A's?

Anyhow - no matter who ends up running against Trump, I'll have to think very long and hard before not voting for them.  Time to register as a D so I can participate in the primary!

Just like title victories, presidential wins can be vacated after the fact.
