They are somehow managing to inspire less people to head to the polls despite having more people that agree with their philosophy. There's a major fucking problem but nobody cares, we just want to bitch about every fucking tweet and spend the next 4 years looking for every chance to impeach Trump, then in four years we'll put up another "well at least he/she is better than Trump/Pence" candidate and hope for a different result from the same strategy.
I'm not a democrat, but it's only been 5 months. These are all special elections in republican strongholds. Mid terms are a year and a half away.I do think they made a mistake keeping Pelosi is their minority leader. That's not inspiring anyone...

I am saying that in a year from now yourself and many others will say "it's only been a year wait and see". In the meantime unless you put up a candidate that will beat President Trump you will essentially hand the win over in a nicely wrapped present.

What is obvious is that the Democrats have no one that will even step up to the plate to run against President Trump despite all the reasons and theories of impeachment or resignation out there. The time is now what are they waiting for? The election is coming faster than everyone thinks and as of now President Trump is in for a second term. Nothing has stuck and it needs to now or you will lose.0 -

That breath of fresh air rhetoric was great and worked well at the time. It's been used up. Who can provide a real breath of fresh air now to the people who don't want President Trump?0 -

Roughly 25% supporting a repub in a red district in a red state is hardly a ringing endorsement. I also would ponder the number of voting machines in red wards and the length of time it took to vote versus the number of voting machines and length of time in blue wards. All kinds of ways to suppress turnout and votes. But personally, I don't think this dem loss or repub win means everything everyone is making it out to be. Its been a red district since 1979 and I take comfort in the fact that the repub only won by 3.8%.09/15/1998 & 09/16/1998, Mansfield, MA; 08/29/00 08/30/00, Mansfield, MA; 07/02/03, 07/03/03, Mansfield, MA; 09/28/04, 09/29/04, Boston, MA; 09/22/05, Halifax, NS; 05/24/06, 05/25/06, Boston, MA; 07/22/06, 07/23/06, Gorge, WA; 06/27/2008, Hartford; 06/28/08, 06/30/08, Mansfield; 08/18/2009, O2, London, UK; 10/30/09, 10/31/09, Philadelphia, PA; 05/15/10, Hartford, CT; 05/17/10, Boston, MA; 05/20/10, 05/21/10, NY, NY; 06/22/10, Dublin, IRE; 06/23/10, Northern Ireland; 09/03/11, 09/04/11, Alpine Valley, WI; 09/11/11, 09/12/11, Toronto, Ont; 09/14/11, Ottawa, Ont; 09/15/11, Hamilton, Ont; 07/02/2012, Prague, Czech Republic; 07/04/2012 & 07/05/2012, Berlin, Germany; 07/07/2012, Stockholm, Sweden; 09/30/2012, Missoula, MT; 07/16/2013, London, Ont; 07/19/2013, Chicago, IL; 10/15/2013 & 10/16/2013, Worcester, MA; 10/21/2013 & 10/22/2013, Philadelphia, PA; 10/25/2013, Hartford, CT; 11/29/2013, Portland, OR; 11/30/2013, Spokane, WA; 12/04/2013, Vancouver, BC; 12/06/2013, Seattle, WA; 10/03/2014, St. Louis. I know that. It won't work again though. There is not even a whisper of who will be the next Democrat to take on President Trump. W/out that whisper somewhere shows that the party is in shambles and will throw up an "Anything but Trump candidate" not a real viable for change candidate.0 -

Maybe people are just tired of the act.
Hi! Welcome to the impeachment thread! Also, there is a difference between mid term election and special election. One is not the same as the other.
Any thoughts on when you think the president will be impeached or when he will resign?
Thanks for stopping by.

Seems to me a self professed libertarian would care if his president is overstepping his bounds or not. Thanks for proving to us again that you're a fake libertarian.
