Oh wow! 160 CDN for a single ticket to see Ed in the UK? That's alot of mula.

Pretty sure 5 years ago it was about £50.
    Insanity.

Wont be at either of the shows for that price.
I'd be gutted if I had to pay £100 for a full 3 hour Pearl Jam show

Utterly delighted that EV is coming to our nearest town, Cork!!! And Dublin too. But the tickets are pretty pricey, aren't they?

You are all aware that for festivals the price per ticket is not set by EV right? The price for the ticket to the festival in Denmark was announced long before EV was announced.

No one is questioning festival prices.
I'm questioning his solo shows in London where it's just him.....those prices would be set by him or his team or whoever.

In 2012 it was 172 USD for a 10C pair at the Apollo. This years are 245 USD or an increase by 42% :o

And given the exchange rate then it was approximately £50/60 per ticket, which is totally fair

$214 for two tickets in Dublin is a joke, does he think he's Elton John or something?!

I was really looking forward to the Taormina date. But 376$ for a ticketpair in the first category? No thanks. What a joke.

WTF why so fucking expensive, absoloutely milking it, not cool EV management. It's only him and some guitars so not exactly big overhauls!

But also good that is expensive so it means I don't go to that many shows...

Annoyingly expensive - especially as I can walk to the London venue from my office. I'll wait and pick some up on Stubhub a few days before at a lower price ;)

With GH this is essentially two headline acts on one bill.

£100 per show in London, plus hotels and trains? Fuck, it was cheaper to fly to New York last year and see them at the Garden!
