57708, 5444 behind Yes.If we end up 6th by the end of voting then I think it will be a 5th place vote. Since everyone of the members will be voting for their top 5. Obviously a first place vote counts for more.I miss igotid880

I still vote 4-5 a day but seems like we're settled at 5th.
Maybe this is the way it should be. Considering the scarcity of PJ shows, there is no point in attracting more people attention by coming at 1st spot. Maybe 5th is the comfy place.
What's your part, who you are?
2012: Arras, Berlin 1-2
2013: Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires
2014: Milano, Trieste, Vienna, Berlin
2016: NY MSG 10 -
Back up. We can still win this one. Let's get PJ in.There's no need to say goodbye0

I'm kind of surprised with how the voting has turned out. I know there are some people that are too cool to vote for something made up thing like R&R HOF, but I still thought PJ would be higher up this list. The overall number of votes is also much smaller than I would have thought.
If all of the people that attended the Boston show for example, PJ would jump up to first. I thought PJ would blow this thing out of the water once South America and Europe had their say0 -
Lol, I think the "cool factor" has the ultimate role in this fan vote. You can see that with many of the nominees - I mean, look at how low Chaka Khan is! ... And we all know that Journey fans don't care about being cool at all, and are perfectly happy to vote 20 times a day with 20 different email addresses while they sit there in their acid wash jean jackets and play with their mullets .... but us PJ fans are toooooo cool for that, right?Post edited by PJ_Soul onWith all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Just vote Pearl Jam or you're competing against yourself. Pearl Jam only! How can we be in 5th place? This fan base is better than that!Boston II 94 Boston II 06 Mansfield I 08 Mansfield II 08 Seattle I 09 Seattle II 09

One would only be competing against Pearl Jam if they vote for any of the four bands ahead of Pearl Jam. Not that any of this matters at all, lol, but I've been voting for Depeche Mode, Jane's Addiction, and Pearl Jam.morgie2 said:Just vote Pearl Jam or you're competing against yourself. Pearl Jam only! I've been voting for Pearl Jam, Bad Brains and Janes Addiction. I think the band would be ok with that.0

Current poll .. PEARL JAM 5th place with 68654 votes0

The number isn't going up by one when I voted. It did before. I don't think these votes are even working anymore, lol. It's clearly rigged. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0

I'm really surprised that Journey and The Cars have received so many votes. That is my problem with this HoF, it's nothing more than a popularity contest based on how many radio hits a band had and a measuring tool over who sold how many millions of albums.
PJ will be fine. The fan vote only counts for a single vote.0 -
...and even if the fan vote did count for more, don't usually five nominees get in? So "we'd" be golden anyway!0

I've Seen All Good People
You've heard of those 3 songs I would think.
You had also earlier posted that you hadn't heard of ELO right? You've missed out on some good music. Hit up the internet and give both bands a listen.0
