I honestly don't think we see a single lefty bat in the lineup tonight, maybe Montero. I think we go Soler over Heyward in right - Soler might, at times, look as bad as Heyward has most of the year, but he's just as likely to smack one into the cove. At that point, we can mix and match with the best of them if we somehow happen to get Bumgarner out of the game, but I think we need to maximize the righties against this guy.

Christ, it's Monday and I haven't had a sip of Dew yet... Idk what I'm thinking. Bum's a damn lefty. We'll definitely see Rizzo on the left side of the box but yes, need righties hitting against him.

I'm at work. Although I don't know why. I should've taken the day off.

I'm "working" but that has consisted of setting up a couple of workstations and frantically checking the site for poster/wrigley merch drops. Would've pulled the trigger on the crash jacket, then looked down and noticed I'm wearing the hoodie from the show - just can't rationalize the purchase.

I was so pissed when I found out that Saturdays game was on MLB network... I don't get that channel. luckily a friend stepped in and provided me with a password. they are exploiting us Cubs fans with these late starts. Geez... I have been tired for the last 3 days.
MLB is not friendly to the EST/CST zone.

As brutal as the 8 or 830pm starts are ill take em over mid afternoon playoff gms during the work wk. At least i have the option of watching the whole thing.

Agreed. There's a give and a take to the time. I have a TV in my office that I can stream to, but then I have my coworkers messing with me about the game.....and I like to watch my games in peace.

Me too, that way I can pace around, and yell and whatnot.
