    and justice for all

That was my 2nd cassette purchase. I followed suit with Master of Puppets and became addicted right after the release of the black album. Listened to them daily on the bus ride to and from school.
    It's a hopeless situation...

Thriller by Michael Jackson, and I still have and spin that record, and it still sounds and looks great. I am very proud of my 6-year-old self for taking care of my vinyl so well.

KISS Double Platinum on vinyl back in 1980 or so... lol. I was also a KISS Army member back then. That was their fan club. Recall watching their live show on HBO around the same time.

My older sisters were busy seeing all the great bands of the day and I sat home as a young teen and spun a lot of AC/DC and KISS albums as well as their collection. I remember wearing out their Queen albums... they saw Queen live in 1980 or 81; I was so jealous. My first show was The Who in 81 and then Van Halen in 84...

still get giddy for a big show at 45 y/o! lol

First CD was the Police - the singles. I remember that because it was out when we bought our first CD player.
For a vinyl record...oh I don't remember. Probably a ktel compilation. I had several of those when I was a kid.

Police - the Singles was one of my first cd's. U2 Live Under a Blood Red Sky, Van Halen 5150, and Police - The Singles were the first three. I got a cd player and those cd's for Xmas in 1986.

    Good times!
