Totally awesome they played Draw The Line, Mike's guitar needed to be way higher though and the performance really makes you appreciate Tyler's superhuman vocals back in the day. Green River used to cover Somebody, hopefully they whip that out someday.

I think with each stadium show the shows will get better and better.

Enjoyed following the set here from Australia.

Despite being great songs, I do question why so many covers are played when the band has so many of their own songs that don't get played. 2, maybe 3 covers, but 7?

Back in your own songs and just rock the fuck out, don't worry about writing the best set ever, making the show epic, just let the set flow, and let the songs do the talking!

Maybe the band reps started the rumor to get people in their seats so the fellas could get started.
I'll be there wicked early on Sunday! Don't want them cutting ANYTHING due to curfew.

    wicked cool! :)

Sound was great. Seating was really tight. Some people need to eat a salad every once in a while.

What a set. You guys got to witness an amazing show. I caught pieces of it on periscope from my couch while watching the Rio opening ceremonies. This was way better! Masters of War was unreal.

See you old timers in the senior section at Wrigley!

Red Mosquito, Lukin, Betterman all scratched from encore 2 due to 10:30 curfew. Really, 10:30 curfew ?

Fenway has a very strict curfew due to Fenway being in a residental neighborhood. Sucks those songs were cut off, but you still got to see a great show.
100% agreed. Not a real complaint. My longer review listed tons of pros. Serious question. Why 10:30 curfew ? Obviously it's much louder than baseball games but I'd say plenty of Red Sox games go past 10:30.
Had an incredible time and venue was amazing ( even being a Yankee fan was surreal being on Fenway field).
Fenway is a rather residential area. It may not look it, but just go down some of the surrounding side streets and you'll immediately see the difference. It's summer, people have their windows open, the sound travels quite far and is very loud. It took them YEARS to be able to do concerts there, I'm sure negotiations with the city were shaky when it came to not further pissing off the locals. So an early curfew it is. Sucks and not what most are used to, but ah well, just another one of Boston's 'special' quirks.

I wish though an earlier start time was clearer from the beginning. But I suppose Night 1 being a Friday, it's also harder not to interfere with jobs and local businesses too. Maybe by Sun more people will get the idea of how it works and we'll start at 7:30 on the dot.

Energy was out of control. I was in c5 and it was amazing. Band really fed off an electric crowd. The sound was stellar. Best I have heard in a long time.

That was the best PJ show I have ever seen.

The show was amazing. Great energy, amazing set, weather was perfect. I do love reading the negative comments on these fan views lol. Some people will never be happy. The original set was around 36-38 songs I believe. With a strict curfew, songs are bound to be scratched. Deal with it.
    That made my day

I was not there but I love the setlist. All those yesterdays, faithfull, grievance, patriot, strangest tribe, aerosmith cover and I've got a feeling.
Really nice blend. I guess that means Sirens will be played tomorrow. Fuck. :)

We had so much fun at the relay and periscope
I know most focus in rare songs..i get s.tribe and i got a feeling was amazing to get live..but from what i heard..
MASTER OF WAR WAS FROM ANITHER PLANET!!
    GROOVY,DARK,BLUES VERSION...THAT WAS SOUND SO FRIKKIN HOT!!!!!UNREAL!!

    Thanks Sea!!

I taped Eddie and Mike (with G.E. Smith) at Dylan's 30th Anniversary show at MSG when it was shown on TV many years ago. I've never seen someone get so lost in a song - one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. Even Mike and G.E. were looking at Eddie in amazement. My tape is on a VHS tape and I don't have a VCR player anymore, but the performance crops up on YouTube every now and then (and then gets removed). I loved seeing it in person last night. Totally different take, but still very powerful.

Was in section B3, row 15...to the obnoxious couple in front of us drinking bud light all night and holding up their phones as high as they could go for the entire show, please stay at home next time. The concert was right in front of you and you missed the whole thing. Pathetic. Do you and your wife need the same exact footage on 2 different phones?

The crowd in general seemed dead. The band didn't help with the second encore which was directly responsible for putting the masses to sleep. A rare mis-read by Ed writing the setlist. Highlights were release, ATY, Masters of War. The sound on the field sounded amazing. Good show, couldve been much better with a more uptempo second encore.

I tried to get a beer during Do The Evolution. Long, slow line. Then MASTERS OF WAR started and I sprinted back to my seat. Never did get that beer!

I don't mind people drinking and I don't mind people taking videos. I do mind people being oblivious to how obnoxious their behavior is to those around them. We had one girl sneak down to our area twice to take videos. Both times she repeatedly crashed into people with a purse so big I'm shocked it was allowed in. Not a word of apology. And then the beer spilling...the guys behind us lost more beer than they drank I'm pretty sure. At least they were supposed to be there. Surprising how many people couldn't find their way back to their seats and decided the best option was to spill beer on people who could. Do they teach that skill in boy scouts or something? When you are lost in the woods spill a beer?

Really those are my only complaints from the night. Thought the show itself was great.
