Very late to this game, I'm more active in this FB groups than I am here!
First off - congrats on all the amazing progress you all seem to be making!! This is a lifestyle change, and a rewarding one at that.

My journey started in May. A few years ago, I was really diligent and managed to drop 95lbs by changing my eating habits and starting to run. Last year, my career which is mainly sedentary, took off and the stress of everything and true lack of spare time caused me to gain 33 of it back. In May was my first show, MSG 1. My Analog shirt had just come in and I was super stoked to wear my first ever PJ shirt to my first ever show. I actually cried when the shirt I had ordered one size up fit so tight that I could not wear it in public. My goal has been to wear it to the Wrigley shows!

On June 16th I changed my eating habits and have been doing pretty well since. I am not weighing myself since I have personally had some scary issues with it in the past, I am just relying on how the shirt fits to gauge where I am. Today is one month since I have last tired it on. The shirt has always fit, it's just been wayyyyyyyyy too tight. I'm hoping that it is a little more "acceptable" looking today.

    Good luck to all :)

I need motivation for exercise and I have only three associates for that and we don't see each other much unless it's to lend a hand so I barely exercise at all although I give my word I would I have other better things to focus on in life than to exercise all the time..like going shopping for or with mum and helping around the house

My 5K is tomorrow. Not going to make my goal, but that's OK. It's going to be very hot tomorrow though, so I'm going to be cautious about that. Don't want to wind up with heat stroke or anything like that.

Three miles in segments on the treadmill. I decided if I continue to stop all the time I may as well focus on mileage instead of not stopping. I may increase my mileage per run this month.

It was a fun time this morning! Rained a little last night so it wasn't as hot as I thought it would be. This was the Bubble Run, so it wasn't a competitive race, but I finished in just over 35 minutes. So the goal for the next one is to beat that!

Three and a third miles in segments on the treadmill. I know I can run non-stop, but something is blocking my mind. I'll get there.
