    In terms of whether this is more than advertised, my guess is that currently its just what is described. That doesn't mean that after the show Friday, the band decides, "hey lets go the HOB event and play a few acoustic tunes and take some questions", or maybe just Mike shows up and hangs out, or maybe Boom and Ed show up play Hawaiian folk songs...who knows, but I don't think that there would be a plan in place at this point. If there is a band appearance (all or part), I think that will happen organically and be determined that weekend.

    I'll end up divorced if I choose to go 3 nights in a row, so I'm unfortunately not entering. But it should be a cool night just as advertised. Would be cooler for all of you if I were going, but you'll have to make do.

    I forget how this works. Should I have a 1.00$ holding charge on my credit card right now? I thought with previous tickets they did this and I could see it before the draw deadline. I put in for the draw the first hour that was possible and just want to make sure there is nothing wrong with my billing. Does anyone have the charge on there statement yet?

    Yeah I was wondering the same thing. Where is the link?! I click on the link from the email and it takes me to the login page. I login and just takes me to the home page.

    I am going to both Fenway shows with my brother and will be staying in Boston all weekend, we are from jersey.

    When I left Boston in 94 we heard on the radio about a secret show the following night but had to get back to college for class so we went home.

    I've regretted it ever since. Fucking chemistry class. I'm in IT now!

    My brother really wants to goto some fancy spot for dinner Saturday night and we were about to book it. He goes to Boston often and raves about this restaurant.

    I feel bad, and this is probably just a movie but the issues are:

    1. I can't not be there and miss it again.
    2. I was at the garden in May upstairs in a box and I'm the only guy rocking out like its the floor. I'm not sure I can sit quietly and not go nuts.

    This has to be something more than advertised in my opinion, because they should know by now they can't put me in a seat and expect me to sit in it unless pj is seated and playing acoustic.

    Go to the screening. You are not going to enjoy that fancy dinner because you'll be wondering if you're missing out by being at the screening, your brother is going to be pissed that you're not enjoying that fancy dinner and no one will be happy. It may end up being just that - a screening - and nothing more, but you will never recover if you miss something that ends up being more than that.

    If you're traveling to Boston primarily because of Pearl Jam, make Pearl Jam the priority.

    Or as someone said, find out if you can go there for lunch instead. Or if they open all day, go at like 4PM. Win-win.

    Let's hope after the showing of Fenway Night 1 @ the House of Blues, Blue Leach will mention that you can pre order a DVD / Blu-ray copy of this screening over @ the 10club store exclusively. *crossing fingers

    I guess I wouldn't be surprised if one of the band members showed up (would be Mike if anybody IMO), but I certainly wouldn't expect it. And it's not enough for me to go. I'm going back home (Portland, ME) in between shows and don't have much interest in this. But if I were staying in Boston on Saturday night I couldn't think of a better way to spend the night! Good luck to those trying to attend!

    is this gonna be like being in a movie theatre? are there gonna be seats for this? and theres a bar right??

    im debating on whether to enter. me and the wife are going to the sunday show and we'll be there saturday, we were gonna hit some bars sat nite and check out the nightlife in boston. saturday is our only night to do that, show sunday nite and going home monday. this is 5 1/2 hours so its our entire sat nite. not that interested in being trapped in a movie theatre type setting for 5 1/2 hours, even if its pj on the big screen. but if you can move around, get some drinks, more like being at a concert than the movies i would definitely do that.

    Pipe dream, but it's got potential...

    A lot of things I've seen posted on here have happened this year, a lot of song requests, full albums played, TMR, etc.

    Maybe this is that fan club only show??? No ticket sales to public and will call only...

    It'll be great either way, can't wait for Boston!!!

    Exactly! I'll be so happy if I win and it's JUST a screening of the night before! I'm not attending that show so getting to see a pro-shot big screen version with a room full of other 10c members would be SWEET! Then live and in person the next night! Fingers crossed I get drawn...
