What s the draw to the philly 2 poster? Is it because the show was so amazing? The artist?I'll ride the wave where it takes me......0

I've been wondering the same. It's not a bad poster I just don't think its a great as most on here think it is.mcgruff10 said:What s the draw to the philly 2 poster? Is it because the show was so amazing? The artist?
For me I love the Lexington poster and was able to get one but I wonder if I would feel the same if I wasn't at the show.Columbus-2000

My guess is for those that attended the show it's both the show and artist but for everyone else it's because it was Emek. I personally don't think the poster is that great, either. Matter of fact, the only poster Emek has done for PJ that I even remotely like is the Santa Barbara. I used to like Charlotte 96 but as I've seen it over the years, it looks more suited to a hippie band like Phish or Widespread Panic than a rock band like Pearl Jam.on2legs said:

I think Emek does great stuff, but I'm just not able to wrap my head around this one between the subject matter and the colors. Not my cup of tea.HesCalledDyer said:

Part might be because this was the "10 show". I think it is a pretty cool looking poster too.mcgruff10 said:What s the draw to the philly 2 poster? Is it because the show was so amazing? The artist?

I think concerts are a celebration of music and art, and looking at this poster just reminds me of how horrible we are to animals and our selfs for that matter.
I like the poster and its message but not for a rock show.
It's a celebration bitches!!!!Post edited by DavidD on0
