    although, I find the lights up for it is very fitting. I see it as the band coming together with the crowd as one entity. they love seeing the crowd's faces, especially when they sing along. must be a pretty awesome moment for them.

    it works as a closer ...they closed msg 1 2010 with that song and killed it!

    Indifference is my favorite closer but I'd take it at any point in the set. How about an Indifference opener?

    Indifference is a great song, but not a great closer IMO. The way the mood shifts with their setlists, I think it would be much better during the set between Encore break 1 & 2. Like others mentioned, I like the closing song to be a little more energetic.

    I really don't get Indifference as a closer either. It just sort of unceremoniously ends. Even though YL has been overplayed I still love it as a closer but then again I haven't been to 50 shows like some of you guys :)

    Love this song as a closer especially with the house lights on.

    I love this song (my favourite studio album closer) and think it's a great show closer. With this said, I think it loses some its it's haunted allure when they play it with the lights up. With THAT said, I don't think the band would want to end any of their shows on a ... somber note.

    This is one of my top 3 favorite Pearl Jam songs. I'd happily accept it as an alternative to Rockin in the Free World / Yellow Ledbetter :)

    Love Indifference. But not a favourite as a closer... it kind of leaves things hanging.

    One of my favorite song but it’s kinda depressing to end the show with this. Prefer YLB to end the gig
