This is quite a few gems for the US tour opener, they are setting the bar pretty high!
That looks like a Euro tour opening set list to me... The boys are back in town! Oww!

Not sure if you realized it due to your proximity to the stage, but they kept showing you on the big screen during that tune and the emotions on your face permeated the entire crowd. Speaking for all of us, we are grateful for Tyler's service as well as the opportunity to be a part of that song with you.

I had no clue about that... I was just trying to take it all in. Still shocked it happened, TBH
That's awesome, thanks for sharing that!

Yes, Patriot was for my son Tyler.

Totally floored that happened. I threw a stack of bandanas up on stage at end of first set, which had a handout from of my sons services, that's how they knew he served. Ed took sign said he'd do it last & then he did. When he brought back sign he handed me a Corona. Best beer I've ever had.

    awesome

It was a such special show for me. I attended my first PJ show together with my girlfriend, another 10c member, SheDreamsInColour. We had been waiting for this day to happen for close to a year and a half. It was music that brought us together out of two failed marriages, specifically Pearl Jam. There were so many emotional moments during the show, from the drop of the first note of the night to hearing Footsteps, it was more than we could imagine. And we are doing it all over again tonight and a bunch of other times this tour. We are so lucky to have found one another. And grateful for the band helping to play a big part in that. 10c community is terrific! See you tonight!

  • Absolutely blown away. Crowd was great, band was on fire. Arena turned the lights on and staff were cleaning up, but the band didn't care. Stellar show. Can't wait for round 2 by the bay tonight.

First 7-8 songs were off the charts. Thought we were definitely on to something but the energy seemed to fade with too many avocado, backspacer and lightning bolt songs bunched together in the middle and im not crazy about help help. Overall pretty good show though and not bad for an opener. Love hearing why go before encore and My wife went nuts over surrender. Cant wait for tonight! Expecting it to be epic.

That is horrible news about Skully; makes me truly saddened. R.I.P.

Hell of a night. When Eddie walked out on stage with that crazed look on his face, it was game on

The three shows ive been to ended with Indifference. I like that song but don't like that they end seemingly every show with it. I think YL is a better way to end a show. Hopefully tonight in Miami they play it.

Was there last night boomhauer to share that powerful moment with you and 12,000(?- I suck with guesstimating crowd sizes) other people. Not sure if you realized it due to your proximity to the stage, but they kept showing you on the big screen during that tune and the emotions on your face permeated the entire crowd. That story about the tiles in the sink . Gonna be one hell of a tour. There was some sloppy playing for the first night, but that's to be expected. Solid tour opener. Met a lot of nice people.
