To be clear...
Bernie won Michigan by a couple of percentage points.
Michigan is not a winner take all state.
He gets just over half of Michigans delegates.
Hillary won Mississippi by more then 60 points.
Overall Hillary won way more delegates yesterday.
Bernie actually lost ground in the overall delegate count.
Good for Bernie but may not matter in the long run.0 -
Even if he only won by a single vote...Democratic candidates who are "inevitable" do not lose Michigan.___________________________________________

Same way that Bernie has been winning delegates in blue states by running a few points behind Hillary. the media tends to forget this and calls it over when Hillary wins. it's about time Bernie got some respect. and for all of ya'll who trust the polls? what do you think now?Bentleyspop said:To be clear...

I think in some states...Debates matter. Bernie and the voters of Michigan didn't let Hillary get away with her half truths. good for them.livefootsteps.org/user/?usr=446

Bernie was behind Hillary by quite a bit just a week ago. He won last night. We're on a roll. Keep on rollin'!"It's a sad and beautiful world"-Roberto Benigni0

Criticizing a guy who had a moment of agitation toward his wife just feeds into the reality show nonsense that trump, rubio, and the media have created. I hate it when my wife picks at me. It's irritating. Would that prevent me from doing any job? No.
While it is still an uphill battle...Bentleyspop said:To be clear...

It is significant for a few reasons. First, the poll data came in way off in favor of Hillary. Will the upcoming midwest and Northern States have the same swing? It also shows momentum and that Bernie's message is being received. Also, Hillary has only 2 Southern states remaining in Florida and NC. Sanders has a much more favorable outlook than he did staring down SC, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, etc.
A lot of speculation on the ugliness of the Republican nomination if it goes to a brokered convention. What if the Democrat race is very close and Hillary needs the super delagates to go over the top... that could disenfranchise a lot of voters.0 -

This race was not expected to go the way it did. It's clearly a victory for Bernie.Indifference said:

yes, it is more of the altering of the script as opposed to a resounding numbers victory.0
