Hawaii is awesome. Played in a soccer tournament there in high school and stayed for an extra week with my family and also went on my honeymoon. Already want to get back.

Yeah, it's definitely on my bucket list. Considered it for our honeymoon, but went the all inclusive route in St. Lucia. Already talking about maybe heading to Hawaii for our 5 year anniversary.

Back on the topic of golf, thinking about hitting up one of those golf simulator places over the next few weeks. They have a couple different ones in Chicago. Gotta swing the clubs a little bit over the winter...I hate when I go 6 months without touching a club.

Nice, yeah, we may actually be doing a long weekend in St Lucia this year.

I hit one up once a month or so here. Good to swing the clubs and usually some good people hanging out at those places.

Koepka is going to have a breakout year this year. I'd put good money on him making the Ryder Cup team.

I'm reading the Hank Haney Tiger book....had no idea how into the military Tiger was. I knew he was big into those kinds of video games but he had them make an age exception for him and was seriously considering becoming a SEAL. According to Haney a lot of his injuries occurred during these SEAL training things he went to. Seemed like he was more into this stuff for a couple years after his dad died than he was in golf. Good read.

Did you get to the part where Tiger didn't offer him a popsicle? Haha.

Wonder if that stuff contributed to his back injuries or if that is all because of how violent his swing was...probably a combo

Haha. Yeah I did. I think all of Tigers idiosyncrasies are pretty funny.

It looks like it was a big factor in his knee problems 8 years ago or so. Haven't reached the point of his back problems but I would think its a combo.

I'm at the week leading up to Torrey Pines. Really amazing he was even able to play let alone win, with a full playoff round.
