Excellent bass line that is under appreciated by non players, IMO.

No Memory into Sin is badass. Lounge Fly is pretty trippy. Army Ants and Kitchenware are great. Where the river Goes is up there.

I've become a fan in the days after his passing. I cannot get enough of STP.

I saw them live, can't remember how many years ago now, they cut the set short cause some dumbass through something on stage and hit Dean De Leo. Scott stopped in the middle of the song and chewed the guy out, said they had a longer set list in mind but were only going to play two more, then he said goodnight.

They played two more and left.

    They were great before that.

Have STP albums on CD gone out of print?
Amazon don't have Tiny Music which I want, as well as No. 4.
And my local retailers don't either.
There are used copies on Amazon but I want new.

In terms of vinyl, Shangri-la De La is getting re-pressed in February but Self-titled I read sounds terrible on vinyl.

Saw them live back in the day, I forget what tour it was. I think the second album, they would lower the "furniture" and play a few slow jams. It was Amarillo or Lubbock TX, some idiot threw something at them and Scott stopped the show to address it.

My bad, I I side tracked the post. A lot of great songs, can't name just a single best one.

I got to see them in the mid '90's when they were sticking their "unplugged" set in the middle of the show. It was awesome! My then girlfriend and I were front row center of the GA pit and shook hands with Dean and Robert. One of them gave my GF a bottle of water.

Super cool guys and amazing live.....especially back in the day. I saw STP a few times after that but nothing topped the way they were in the early days.

You should buy a used copy. can't beat 1 cent plus shipping charges.
I buy used often and have never had a problem

I may have already said Wicked Garden, but I change my mind. Great vocals and hard driving tune that helps you pick up the pace in the workouts.

Agree. If that album was released in the early nineties it would have been huge.
