Tonight was amazing as last night, but they hit hard and fast right away unlike last night where they kinda progressed as the show went on. Also tonight was very jammy which I love. I had a nice view in row A in the balcony. Friday and Saturday should be interesting being in the orchestra

There were some super heavy jams last night- I guess that's why they played 21 songs opposed to 24 on Tuesday

    My highlights:
    - War Begun always a great jam
    - I Will Sing You Songs my MMJ white whale is finally found on my 11th show
    - Easy Morning Rebel- another first timer for me, not my favorite song but I can scratch it off the list, down to 4 studio tracks now
    - Touch Me Pt 1- hadn't heard this one in a while, sounded fantastic
    - Phone Went West- only Dondante tops this epic jam for me
    - AEIOU- they should make this Jim James track a regular
Wednesday they were very heavy and long jams. Also Wednesday shows was a bit livelier than Tuesday. Tuesday crowd was great, but Wednesday crowd was crazy. Balcony is a nice view. You can't go wrong anywhere really in that venue

Ron: I just don't feel like going out tonight
    Sammi: Wanna just break up?

So my seat is by mmj's mixer and I was just shooting the shit and I go will these shows be released as a box set at some point and the beacon theater lighting guy goes, you know you just asked the mmj's official mixer that question, so I go hey why not have a pair of balls and the main guy who would know. Lighting guy just rolled his eyes and shut up. So the mmj mixer said we record every show but don't release them based on how the band feels bout the show, but he's like a some point we may do a best of or box set just cause these shows are so special and mmj probably won't play the beacon theater. He also said the bands goal is to get back to play msg

You're right, Beacon is amazing. I've been in Orch, Loge, lower balc and high balc and I enjoyed my view from every area.

Tonight I'm front row :joy: Im not sure I'm ready for the awesomeness thats on its way.
    Jim or Carl's side??
We had the rail on Carl's side for the first Detroit Show and Jim's side for Kansas City...
I think I enjoyed being on Carl's side more!!
Hope you have a GREAT time and I sure hope they release "bootlegs" of these 4 shows!!
    I'm thinking it's a Steam Engine night!! :rock_on:
I think I'll be right in front of Tom. I'm pretty pumped!
    Between Jim and Carl... :plus_one:
    Have a GREAT time!!
I had the wrong seat number. I ended up right in front of Carl which was amazing.
So glad you had a GREAT time...
    I'd take Carl's (or Mike's  ) side ANYTIME!!
Looking forward to reading your review & seeing your pics & videos!!

I was in the third row on Tuesday. Loved the setlist. I have been fortunate to see a ton of concerts over the years...the Beacon is in my top 5 concert venues - what an amazing place to see a show.

Other than OBH, Tuesday was probably the best MMJ show that I have been to. Crowd, setlist, and venue were all tremendous. Still can't believe they busted out Into the Woods.

NYC is the best. They should play a multi night run there every year.

Tonight is gonna be insane. Wish I was going.

I was in 3rd row on Carl's side, right on aisle in center section....Def a different set list last night, but was really enjoyable. Wish I was going tonight. Maybe I can sneak away last minute
