Its so hard to get any information about the event or the venue from ticket master. I called and they really couldn't tell me anything. I'm guessing most people will not be there 48hrs prior to the event that are travelling internationally.I'm thinking we should all be good to go.

Am I the only one that booked the Grand Prix? Nice hotel, 3 minute walk from the stadium.
Let's have some drinks at the Grand Prix after and keep the party going.. Then everyone can get cabs/shuttle from there.

This is what it says when I log on to Ticketmaster and check my order:
"Your tickets are being held at the venue's box office for pick up day of the event. Present your photo ID and the credit card you used for purchase at the time you pick up your tickets. Will Call pick up varies by venue & event but is usually available 90 minutes prior to the start time of the event."

I hope you all can pick up your tickets then. It would be pretty crazy if you had to do it at least 48 hours before the show as the emails have said.

I will also be going to the Pearl Jam concert in Mexico City on Saturday November 28th. I will be staying at the Riazor Hotel,
I am flying in from United States (Tulsa, OK). I will actually be arriving next Tuesday and will be leaving on the 30th.
I am a little worried about getting a ride back to the hotel after the show as it looks like it would not be the safest walk.
If anyone wants to get together before the show or share a ride afterwards let me know!
I also have an extra GA ticket if anyone is interested.

I arrive at the airport about 1230 on Saturday so won't make the pre-party or Friday ticket pick-up but taxi for the show from Riazor just before 7 sounds good to me if I can join u guys. I think you can only pickup at Foro Sol on the day of the concert. You need to pickup at Ticketmaster Outlet prior to Saturday.
I'm not certain and there is a lot of conflicting information.

"Within 48 hours before the event" is not the same as "not later than 48 hours before the event". Even 1 hour before the event is still "within 48 hours before the event". I think the idea is that you cannot pick up tickets at any point in time earlier than 48 hours before the event (i.e. not before Thursday at 8 pm).
Does anyone have any suggestion if you don't have the credit card the purchase was made with? I bought a pair of tix off another member and when we realized we couldn't transfer them she mailed me her drivers license (i'll be mailing it back after we get home) as she and my girlfriend look very similar so I didn't think it would be an issue since we have her ID. This whole credit card thing has me really nervous as I'm coming from Philly for this show and I don't wana not be able to pick up the tix. If anybody has any suggestions I'm all ears, and/or if anybody has an extra pair of GA Sec A tix I would gladly meet you in Mexico City and can paypal you immediately. -Kev
