#PJRumors Pearl Jam will play at @RockWerchter (7/1/2016)? Time will tell! #PJEurope2016 #PearlJam

Easy rumor as they played RW on all thier latest tours :)
Yep, they could indeed play there again next year but not on the mentioned date because Rammstein is headlining 7/1, but PJ could headline 6/30 or 7/3 (RHCP is headlining 7/2).
RHCP played before PJ in '12 right?
    ... And sucked bigtime...
PJ played there 6/29/12 and RHCP 7/1/12... I was there only 6/29 and 6/30, so I guess I left right in time!

BTW, is there an opening act for the S. American tour? Do you think there will be one for the [rumored] N. American tour?

Not all shows have had an opener. So far:
    Santiago: None.
    Buenos Aires: Capsula
    Porto Alegre: Wannabe Jalva
    Bogota: Will be Spoon

    Not sure on other shows.

For the last two N. American tours there were openers for some shows and not for others. I would expect the same on this tour (though you never know, obviously).

I think they used to love the idea of taking a band out with them and getting them exposed to (sometimes) new audiences. Unfortunately, PJ fans have somewhat of a reputation of treating opening bands pretty horribly. Whether that be not showing up at all, or booing if they are there, I remember it being pretty bad at times. Obviously, it could change with the crowd now being GA and having to be there.

But I really don't think they need an opener in the US anymore. They are averaging 2.5 - 3 hour shows and there's no need to take away from that.

While we wait, can people check with their arena contacts and find out when/where TOOL is playing? They are touring in January but havent heard any locations.
Found: Soundgarden Hyde Park DVD (Thank you for the gift!)

Pearl Jam showed up on the Amalie Arena Ticketmaster seat map just today! I've been checking nearly every day and this is indeed new!!!

Nice- I plan on being there! My first show in the South East.
I live close enough to walk to the arena. Needless to say, I'll be there. I'm stoked. Ferg's (big bar across the street) would be a great 10C meetup.
Fergs would be nice... Is Four Green Fields over on Platt still around? That was a great Irish bar (real IRA) back when I was living there.

Prague would be great! Date isn´t perfect for me. I won´t get some free days to travel to Prague because too many of my workmates are on holiday.

Real IRA? Dude, c'mon - that's a group of murderous terrorists, nothing to be proud of.

The above lines are a quote that I've clearly not copied properly...
